We felt the photos where a bit misleading, they seem to suggest the place is newer looking than it was, I felt it was clean overall and it's a good price but it's definitely run down and one doesn't get the impression from what's shown, not the place perhaps to take the missus if your proposing,

Nothing was good, poor kitchen facility, hardly any utensils, poor carpets, ripped curtains, broken windows, no WiFi, TV did not work couple of days, no toiletries other than cheap soap and 2 towels, no hot water for one day and when it was fixed, it was too hot to touch as no mixer worked, worse experience anyone can have.

I did not like anything about the place and we took one look at the room and it was disgusting!!!!! We didn’t stay there because it wasn’t fit for a dog!!!!! The whole floor was broken the room was dirty, everything was old and broken, it was tiny and it was just an insult to us that you think you can rent this out and call it a hotel!!!!

The hall was run down holes in carpets on stairs. In the room the condiments bowl was mainly empty used wrappers the fridge wasnt clean or cupboard under sink the door to room was filthy evan the bathroom was filthy was that bad i booked another hotel

Room was horrible, whole stage used one bathroom and it was not mentioned in a booking , they showed us different room.

Woke up in the middle of the night with rain water falling on my bed, tried to contact the hotel multiple times over the course of two days with no reply or even a call back. When contacting Booking.com customer service, they claimed that I requested to stay in that room to avoid paying for a refund. Shameful, steer clear of this establishment. They never answer the phone or call back and then straight up lie to customer service to save face.

Literally the dirtiest place, the state of the place was poor in comparison to cheap student housing in the Balkans. Everything was uncomfortable.

The shower was damaged and of poor quality for the price I paid. Water didn't come out the shower head properly.

Location, price and room was all good. And would definitely book again.

The accommodation was listed as a flat, but in fact it was just a room. Just because it had a sink, they called it a flat. Anyway, the place was filthy and dusty. The carpet had stains and the bed was full of dust mites and crawlies. The room smelt of dump and the plaster on the walls was crumbling and falling off in parts.

There was no breakfast as it was self catering. The location was excellent; closer to the trains and metro.

There isn't enough time in the day to list it all. But l'll try, the blood on the door, bloody tissues in the peep hole, the mold in the bathroom, tape holding plugs together, the smell that something died in there, moldy inside of kettle, years of dust on every surface and God knows what else... just as a little taste.

How easy it was to leave as the door didn't close properly, the blood on the door gets a shout out too.

Absolutely appalling. I have never stayed in something so unliveable in my life. I understand being a basic room. But this is disgusting. It hasn’t been cleaned in ages. The carpet was disgusting. The room stank. No heating. No extra blanket. The sink was filthy. Absolutely vile.
