Being an old building there was quite a draft and room could have been warmer. best to bring earplugs as quite noisey outside till late at night

Could not close windows. I could hear every sound outside. Shared bathrooms were not clean. Used towel on the floor in one of the bathrooms. Black mould in the bathroom I used....I didn't really want to look in the other ones.

Decent if you are only staying one night....In my case I had to be up early for an airport run to Dublin, so this place was central. Bed was clean and comfortable.

There are no curtains on the beds or closets to store your suitcase. The bathrooms were dirty and wet.

1) Shower Room door on first floor sticking shut, I had to rescue a young lady as she didn't have finger strength to open it. 2) General laziness of people sharing toilets/showers. 3) Someone would use shower to clean the toilet seat before use, please fix shower head to wall to prevent this.

1) Not far from centre on bus 9a, b or c. 2) £15 night. 3) People I shared room with, nice quiet student couple from India that didn't drink. 4) 24 hour Spar at Botanic Train Station.

I dropped my key n when I looked under the bed the floor was dirty & dusty ! There was no locker to put ur belongings in !! I also had to lay £5 for a key which was to be remimberdrd when checking out this was not refunded as the office was not open

Staff very friendly and polite. Good location to & from Belfast city centre. Good for elderly person if only staying 1/2 nights. Sadly only 1 out of 3 shower rooms in use. Very well equipped kitchen & dining room but could do with another microwave. Kitchen closes at 9pm & reopens at 9am also sitting room. Could do with kettle for people to make tea or coffee who leave before 9am.

Several people had problems checking out, since reception did not open untill 9:00. A clearly described system of dead-drop for keys would be helpful. Kitchen was very (unpleasantly) warm.

Room was small, bed was small, only 2 sockets in the room, no bed side socket, not convenient to charge my laptop and phone. The building was old.

The general decor of the hostel was pretty tired looking and could do with a bit of a facelift. Bathroom/toilet facilities look old and the sink in my room didn't drain properly. I was unable to use the kitchen in the morning as it was locked and I had an early checkout.

Check-in/check-out went smoothly and the staff member on duty when I arrived was perfectly pleasant. The room was basic but the bed was comfortable enough.

Not clean, especially the toilet and bathroom. Did not find toilet paper several times, also after reporting to the staff. After a day sightseeing in Belfast i found the door of my private room open. Luckily nothing as been missing......

Location walking distance from centre. Very good Italian restaurant Nico's just next door.

Plugs in the room were a bit unpleasant surprise, for 4 people only 2 plugs in the whole room. Luckily I have been there with three people who were full of understanding and we shared them anyhow. Hereby thanks to them again. Not possible to open the window.

I knew that I booked the hostel with lower price than in the hotels so I didn´t expect too much. I must say that staff is so friendly and very helpful (I made a mistake and forgot that I must go away much earlier at check-out day than was announced as possible - the lady arranged immediately the earlier check-out and hereby I thank her again). Bed comfortable. Quite near to center.

The kitchen area was only open 8 til 8 so I wasn't able to make coffee or food when I was there. Overall cleanliness wasn't great. On a main road so there was a lot of noise from the traffic
