It was listed on the features that there would be board games/puzzles/books/dvds, there wasn’t anything like this however it wasn’t an issue as we only stayed one night and spent most of it out of the property, however, if we were to have had a longer stay it would be a nice touch to keep the kids entertained.

Decent size for a family, and in a great location, a short walk away from coral island. excellent communication from staff, quick responses and really pleasant to deal with. Easy check in and out.

There are only 2 things that I can complain about really. The first being there was no bulb in the bedside table lamp, and the second being the shower is very dated with the grout and sealant looking a bit grubby.

Very easy to find, easy access and everything to hand that was needed. My family and I enjoyed staying here, great value for money and great communication.

The bathroom had a funny smell and the hole in the back garden I thought was slightly dangerous.

When I arrived I didn’t originally like the first apartment I was given, so the staff kindly ungraded us and the apartment was absolutely stunning and fully refurbished.

Parking area was a bit like a small rubbish tip (other properties close to this accommodation) was not very good for large cars and if you aren't good at reversing round tight corners you might want to just use the car park next to the accommodation.

The property provides everything you need for a stay away from home, however the property smell like damp. Blind in bedroom so dirty and has paint on it. Room was so cold, Radiator was not working. No tea towel or sponge to wash dishes I have to use kitchen roll to wash dishes. Not a lot of cooking utensil. Irresponsive host. It say check-in upto 8pm and I was stuck on traffic so was calling the two numbers provided 2 hours earlier and no one answered. I didn't even know where their parking is and couldn't get in touch with anyone as they never pick up the phone. They gave another number for outside hours call but still no one takes any call. So I ended parking on the street infront of the house as it was free from 6 pm to 8 am. Couldn't open kitchen window as it was locked. So when cooking, ot can get a bit stuffy.

The location is great. Very central. Walking distance to beach.

We'd have preferred for the bathroom to be bigger as it is quite small (although the shower wasn't that badly sized considering it's one of those like cube showers if you get what I mean. The sofa bed for sitting on in the living room would have benefited from a little more cushioning and there were some items missing from the kitchen that we'd have expected like sharp knives and a frying pan but there were plenty of pots and bowls and spatula and other cutlery so we could still cook good meals. I do have to say that the staff members we spoke to were lovely and I felt fully confident they could have solved the kitchen related stuff I mentioned but I really didn't want to tear them away from their work just over something small like that. If you go to an apartment and it isn't there though and you do want it, I don't have a doubt in my mind that they would sort it for you if you asked. I want to make it clear that this shouldn't put you off at all.

We liked the bed as it was actually quite comfy. We liked the table being big enough to work at as I had university work to do. We liked the location as it was close enough to what we wanted from the city centre and beachfront etc but the area was quiet enough that we could rest well. We liked having all the facilities of an apartment and the heating was amazing, so cosy. It felt very secure with the codes and keys and so on and it was a good base for us to go from and for two of the nights we were staying, we came back to the apartment at like 4pm and just stayed in for the night. Oh, and there is a Tesco express just round the corner for 2 minute walk and at the bottom of that same street before you turn the corner is a bus stop (with a bus that will take you to the entrance to the zoo). The staff members we spoke to were lovely and very sweet.

The shower had no power. It needed a curtain across the bedroom window as the light came through the blinds. It felt like a very small double bed, very little room for two adults.

It was an easy check in. Good communication via email. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. Local to attractions. The bed was comfy even though it was a very small double bed. Car park was at the end of the road, reasonable price to park for a weekend.
