A bit more signage inside would have been helpful. Loud creaky / clanging doors would be an easy fix and make a big difference. Bunk bed ladder was difficult/dangerous to climb for both children and adults due to its position. Also no step free access at the front.

Close to the tube, great characterful property with decent facilities and seems to attract a good mix of well behaved travellers :)

Unfortunately the music was bothering from the bar, very loud, right under our room. The bed feels small when people are coming and going and snoring. Personally I did not like that my personal space was every day surrounded by male customers they could pay attention to that when beds are given. My bed options were not ready when I signed in so the first impression lacked charm.

I think in time of check in staff should show us the bed, as I came back one night after midnight and my bed was taken by somebody by mistake.

The property was clean and tidy, easy to access by tube and the staff were friendly. I really liked the pub in there, which was great with good prices.

The bar was boiling hot but it was too cold to sit outside and you cannot take drinks upstairs in the Lounge. It’s also a wildly expensive hostel. We booked two rooms. One had a bathroom and was £189 a night. The other was £169 a night and had no bathroom :( A four star hotel next to the airport cost less than half that. We’ll just do that next time. Good one time experience. Too expensive to return.

It was very heavily heated although it wasn't cold. The windows also had to be opened, otherwise it wouldn't have been bearable to me. The door locks are very loud.

The breakfast was very rich and good, the beds very comfortable, the staff friendly and courteous, amazingly quiet at night.

the walls are extremely thin, i could hear conversations from the hall and in the next room at times. also noise from outside came in very easily, so if you're a light sleeper you could have some trouble like me.

the bed was decently comfy and everything was clean. reliable storage lockers downstairs was also a plus.

I am used to live in an old house, very quiete and there we could hear people from other rooms in the evening . But maybe I am only too old;-)

Its a very stylish accomodation, with a great location very close to The Swiss Cottage underground. There were a breakfast for 6.5 pound only. U fortunatelly, we havent got time for it, but it looks very testy.

Bathroom in 4-bed room for women is too small. It is better to use a shared bathroom. Coffee was the worst I have ever tried.

Some facilities are not confortable or suitable or affordable enough. In particular about luggage storage. However, the drop the prices of the lockers while I was there. Instead, for a prrice of a day locker I bought a bicycle lockchain to fix my bag to the bed. I think that they should install hooks and offer such lockchain solution in order to facilitate the staying of their guests

At the first booking, they give me a bad with a container too small for my luggage (Ryanair cabin sack) and I was not happy, I prolonged my stay one more day in order to decide to move in another place. The new bed had a large enough container and I decided to book for the whole period. Quiet place, nice neighborhood, affordable all-you-can-eat continental breakfast and a lot of cheap grocery stores around.

My bed was next to a window and my bunk curtains did not cover the side facing the window. .

It was supposed to have event every night but there were never. The kitchen was so tiny, it's impossible to cook. Just one people feet in. If you want to stay there for a long time, you won't be able to cook. The sign on the female bathroom should be bigger, we had an issue with a guy there.

The atmosphere of the hostel was nice, the room were beautiful. I loved the curtain on the bed to keep your space private. The bar and dining area was really nice.
