Honestly one of the best hotels in London

We were tourists and spending most of our time around Kensington, so the commute was annoying, but knowing we were coming to a nice, large, clean modern hotel which is rare in London was okay.

The rooms were modern, clean and facilities were amazing. The room was large enough for 4 people in the room. The beds were large and comfortable and the bathroom... where do I start? amazing. The staff were also great with the kids and location was great.

Well, the minibar wasn't effectively cooling the beverages— I know, it's a first-world problem.

The reception area, the restaurants, and the rooms were exceptionally well-designed. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff were also among the best I've experienced in London. However, this is a 5-star hotel, so these high standards didn't surprise me. What truly blew me away were the training facilities; they were outstanding!

Nothing- it’s amazing.

Amazing hotel, gorgeous decor and ambience and incredible staff. The pool is gorgeous and I love that there is specific adults only time. The cocktails are lovely and the afternoon tea is incredible. On 10th August on our way out at around 5pm a wonderful concierge called Hamid was incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to help with my query - all the staff are lovely but he was particularly amazing.

Only one thing we really didn’t like: When we received the bill at the end of our stay, we noticed a higher amount per night than the amount on our Booking information. When I mentioned this, they said they included a 5% service charge. I told them I wanted to pay the amount as agreed upon, so they changed the amount per night back to what it was. We know that more hotels and restaurants in London add a service charge. This was however the first time it wasn’t even stated on the bill as an extra, they just added it to the amount per night, so the only way to notice, is if you know exactly what you’re supposed to pay. We felt a bit deceived…

We had a wonderful stay. The room, shower and facilities (like the pool) were perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

On both occasions we went for breakfast at the hotel we ordered things that didn't arrive.

It's a beautiful and very modern hotel, upon entering the room the lights came on and the curtains would open automatically and the room had an amazing view. The staff were attentive and the turn down service was greatly appreciated.

The property was beautiful inside and out. The room was amazing and we actually ended up getting an upgrade which made the weekend even more special.

Location is good, only 5 minutes walk to Liverpool station, many restaurants near by. Staff friendly & helpful. Facilities are nice classy & room is comfortable & first class

It’s a bit far from the center but it is still near a lot of attractions like London eye and walki talki building

The Hotel is like a brand new one with spacious rooms and very nice views

It’s a bit inconvenient as there is no private parking for the hotel. Have to park in the nearest neighborhood.

The room and accommodation exceeded my expectations. Clean, .modern ,spacious room. Located in a great area surrounded by plenty if shops and restaurants. Walking distance to the Tower Hill area. Close to Elizabeth metro line.
