Apartment very clean and tidy and well appointed. Hosts kindly left milk in fridge on arrival. Proximity to town centre shops; main bus stops and railway station just a couple of minutes walk away. Free on-street parking outside (space permitting) with parking permit provided by the hosts. Very good value for money all round.

A coffee table or nest of occasional tables would be useful in the lounge. This is not a criticism mearly a suggestion.

Great location close to the railway station & major bus stops. Local shops & Aldi all within a couple of minutes walking distance. Apartment is clean and tidy and has everything you need and is exceptional value for money. Sue and John are fantastic hosts. This was my second time staying and looking forward to a third.

Really convenient location - 15 min walk from the South beach and 5 mins walk to the city centre. 3 mins walk to the train station. As always clean and cosy. Good quality of linen and towels. It's just home from home - you have everything you need inside. We stayed in not for the first time and we will return for certain. Sue and John are really helpful and friendly.

The flat was in a good location and only a couple of minutes from the train station.The owners were easy to contact for any enquiries.It was clean and plenty of information provided for activities in the area.

Flat 2 bathroom within a foot of the bed so a bit tricky if you are trying to be quiet in the night and not disturb someone in bed.

Communication with Sue from the time I booked right up to me leaving was helpful and nothing too much bother. Sue even sent me her recommendations of where to visit and eat. Flat very well equipped and well laid out. Central position and can walk to everything you would need to do and see. Parking a bit tricky on the road but parking pass provided for when a space becomes available. A parking clock provided for 1 or 2 hours if you need to use the car and out of the parking permit zone. Railway Station parking available 2 minutes down the road. If you use the suggested parking app you can extend wherever you are. Cheap safe parking.

Steps are a little tricky if your not able bodies but this is made very clear on the advert.

We stayed in flat 1 downstairs, this place is cleaner than my house! If cleanliness is your number one priority book now! As well as being clean lots of little extras were provided , shower gel samples , sugar sachets, kitchen roll I try and take everything with me but for those little things I forgot the essentials were there! Towels were provided ( not the little hotel towels you usually expect proper bath sheets). Had a fantastic stay like a home from home but by the sea ( 15 mins walk through town).

Apartment could perhaps do with a lick of paint to freshen up. Very small point but we couldnt find a chopping board, not sure if there was one. Front room furniture perhaps a bit hard to relax in.

Location is great, 3 minutes walk from train station, on street parking was also provided if needed, open top tour bus also now starts from outside train station every 20 minutes and goes along the seafront to peaseholm park and up to sea life centre at scalby mills.

Tbh honest nothing although the steps down did look a it daunting at first they were in fact fine and nowhere near as bad as I thought they would be!

The apartment was very clean and perfect for our needs, originally booked for just me n my partner but then a friend was able to join us. I messaged the hosts and no problem! It was in a prime location 2 mins for railway station 5 mins from a spoons and a short 15 min walk to ScarboroughSpa where we wanted to go! Lovely touch with milk and tea/coffee/sugar available as well! We enjoyed it so much we will be booking again!

If anything, be aware of steps when entering the ground floor flat. If tall mind your head. There is another way to get in but we never used it. One thing that could be added is an outside lamp above the door as it can get pretty dark in the evenings in order to find the keyhole.

Close to town centre, train station 3 minutes away. Located between Tescos and Sainsbury’s for groceries. Multiple restaurants and takeaway nearby. Very friendly hosts who were but a phone call away. We will be back whenever we get the chance.
