Rubbish bins outside the property were overflowing.

Excellent Location close to high street and train station. Friendly pub ‘The Swan’ around the corner. Easy access to the coastal path and property was warm and secure.

The shower mixer in bathroom needs attention, its setting is either supreme hot water or super hot nothing less than that. Its some fault with the mixer.

Great little flat in Rhyl, fully equipped with all the necessary items. Tastefully decorated. Could comfortably accommodate 6 adults and 3 small kids in 3 rooms. Central location. Quick responses by the owners. Highly recommend this place.

The bathroom sink. It was tiny! Also the shower temperature could not be adjusted enough, only a narrow margin of temperature so water was coming out too hot.

The location and lovely furnishings. A very pretty and comfortable apartment. The mattresses were good according to everyone except me (I am fussy and prefer a very firm mattress) and bedding was plush. There were also plenty of good quality towels for 8 of us. The owners clearly put care and effort into making it as nice as possible for guests.

The amount of stairs! When booking there wasn't any mention of this and with a 1yr old in the party, it wasn't ideal. After booking the name of the apartment changed to include three flights of stairs. To be honest, it was only really a problem in the first instance (getting luggage and food up there) after that it wasn't really a bother. A stair gate or door on the top of the stairs would be ideal, again with a 1 year old in the party it was a worry having open stairs (and 3 flights at that!). Outdoor bins were overflowing and seagulls had ripped open some of the bin bags so rubbish was strewn about. Could do with a big bin rather than a normal household bin.

No storage space, 2 bathrooms would be ideal for 8 people.

Only 1 shower between 5 of us. Only 1 small hand towel between us. Would be an issue if you have mobility issues with the amount of stairs to apartment.

house keeping could have been better - the skirting was very dusty as was the top of the microwave. there was bits on the floor there were no bin bags despite clear instructions on black/blue bags. the bathroom lock is broken - fortunately I found this out myself as I got locked in!! I had to use 2 keys to unlock it and once I had I removed the piece of metal that was the problem and put it on the kitchen side - photo to follow. we had a toddler with us and if she went in and locked the door there would be no way of getting her out! I believe it’s an easy fix but making you aware. the kitchen plug is also broken so impossible to fill the sink without a bowl.

the way it has been decorated it’s obvious the owners have good taste and have made very good use of the space! it’s very comfortable and spacious and in a good location

- stairs! three and a half flights of stairs with a pram wasn’t ideal. I didn’t realise this when booking and it was very difficult

Accessibility - lots of stairs. Only 1 key (there were times when as a group we split up and went to different places so a second key would have been fab).

The apartment was exceptionally clean & had all the facilities we could want. Everybody slept well, the beds were very comfortable. All of the facilities were of great quality.

Slight smell of damp or animals. Need to explain there are quite a few stairs.

Waited outside for nearly an hour trying to contact booking.com and owner as pin code was not emailed to me. After finally having an answer this was emailed to be at 16:04 but we were able to book in from 15:00. Bins needed in rooms.

The location for what we needed was fantastic. Apartment was spotlessly clean and beds very comfortable.
