Had to pay £90 for site facilities. I was not aware of this additional cost at the time of booking. We didn't even use these facilities as we had planned our itinerary for our stay beforehand. This might put me off booking site again for future trips.

The caravan was clean A good location, few minutes walk to the beach and some theme parks.

Travel cot was full of mould and holes so I had to go buy my own, double mattress and too big for the base so bed was very wobbly and if you rolled over it wasn't stable and you fell off. Kitchen lights didn't work, bedroom nets were torn

Caravan stunk no bowl in sink tv in bedroom lack of signal fell over mat in kitchen fire hazard really not good payed less for better caravans in towyn and freezer wasn't working and also fridge dirty also couldn't take my children swim so payed £115 for a pass and never used it fully booked everyday

You have to pay a fee to the park and for passes. This was over 50.00 just for one night so ensure you factor that into your budget

There was a water leak so no water. This meant all the facilities were closed. I paid £54 for these and when asked for a refund was told they would ring me. I am aware this was unforeseeable but think a refund should have been given immediately.

We liked everything about the trip the caravan was clean and its located next to the beach its on a quiet site.

The caravan we had didn't have a working light in the shower room, an extension cable and clip-on light was provided for use in the shower room this is a definite safety issue we DID not use it , I wonder if this is even legal. Please get the light fixed.

A nice well laid out site, good facilities on site and easy to find and in a convenient position.

upon check-in, they charge an additional fee for attractions that we did not use. I think I should have been informed in advance about the extra charge at the reception

Went for some food on site with my daughter £22.00, she got burger and chips, I got chicken, ham and leek pie with chips, both meals where horrible. We also got a sticky toffees pudding for dessert and this was burnt 😔definitely not value for money 😞

It was filthy dirty the smell was horrendous the grease on the kettle was that thick it was dirty old musty and very uncomfortable burns in carpet filthy nets

No bed linen in caravan only told when booked Caravan wasn't great lights didn't work bed uncomfortable settee broke and pieced up not the cleanest of caravans. Also was never told about an extra fee on site until booked which is wrong wasn't hapoy about that either

no gas radiator heating but electric radiators worked well. The gas fire was essential to get warm but required a fire lighter which was purchased separately, lighting poor Kitchen light needs a new bulb . The place did get warm after a hour of heating.

location kinmel bay and Rhyl very good. Facilities at Golden Sands good and it was very quiet being far enough away from railway line and main road.

There was damp all over the mattress and duvets. The smell of damp was unbearable. We had to get a hotel room for the last night as our kids were really tired from not being able to sleep the night before, the mattress was so thin that the springs were coming out off the foam. The kitchen was greasy and really filthy same with the bathroom.

Rubbish, terrible place we do not recommend anyone to go here at all.

Being charged for site fees even though we weren't going g to use the facilities the caravan only some of the lounge lights worked .. no instructions for heating caravans cramped together like a German POW camp
