There seemed to be no sound barrier between the room and the streets outside. Given that it is right next to Cardiff university campus, there were people strolling around most of the night, and even polite conversation sounded like they were in my room. Did not sleep very well at all. But everything else, fine. Just take earplugs!

Everything really. You don't meet any staff, but the one conversation I had (with Kia?) she was extremely helpful. Room was spacious, clean. Good quality shower. Mostly very good.

Would benefit from softer closing front doors as you can hear every door closing, hard to sleep when people are entering their apartments throughout the night.

The room was swelteringly hot, to the extent that we struggled to sleep. The AC was insanely loud so couldn’t sleep with the sound of that, and the fan in the room made a really grating rattling noise, so we decided to leave the window open to cool the room down but of course had the noise of the street due to it being a central location. The shower was a bit temperamental and kept going cold/boiling hot randomly. The TV didn’t work well and couldn’t connect to screen mirroring/the WiFi. There was a strange stain on the bed and some sticky residue on some of the kitchen utensils. There was also some severely gone-off milk in the fridge which smelled awful.

Nice studio apartments in a good location. Very comfy bed, lots of space and storage in the room itself. The building was modern and well-kept.

Checkin was tricky because of an error with the checkin code, but staff resolved it pretty quickly. No spoon! Almost no cutlery. Very little cutlery. It took me a while to release that the large windows had privacy film on them - my studio was right on the road so it felt as if everyone could look right in. Road is quite busy, and flats are next to student housing - but with window shut it was fine.

Location, right next to the university. Comfortable bed, warm, quite spacious, nice hot shower. Friendly, helpful and responsive staff. Easy late checkout. Little bottle of milk much appreciated!

Lack of clear instructions on how to get into the property. There were two side entrances and it was unclear into which of the two possible entrance code units to type the code. Also unclear that you had to press the key button before and after entering the code. There was no one to contact for advice - no working phone number was provided. Two colleagues who came in separately had the same problems

Room heater was not working, I had to complain about that and one employee attended my room and he also identified the room heater is complaint and provided with a portable room heater. But it was not proper effective.

Property location was very good and was able to locate and access easily. The room was neat and clean and the facilities available were awesome.

Large window which looked out onto Main Street so couldn’t have the blinds up, the shower was quite cold and weak in this bathroom and the property was very loud and full of students and the entrance had a strange smell.

We loved the location, was only 15 minute walk to city centre which was perfect. It was modern and had some good appliances.

Lack of signage within building for direction purposes. Upon arrival found the bin hadn't been changed and some of the light switches in the bedroom didn't operate, main floor lamp behind sofa didn't operate, no coffee table or spare blanket(s).

The location was great, restaurants and nightlife within walking distance. Full oven and stovetop, large mirror in bathroom, space to place things down, vanity table in bedroom, hallway wardrobe/cupboard with iron/ironing board/cleaning supplies, complimentary cleaning kit, tea/coffee/sugar, air con and adjustable heating

Clear self checkin intruction wasn't given. I was given code without intruction of how to use it or how to locate the entry point. Had to call them and they were very helpful on phone. Also, the water from shower wasn't hot enough even at its highest temp settings. The bathroom drainage wasn't draining properly. Needed to turn of the shower and put on my cloths. Because I couldn't shower without flooding the whole apartment. Let's just say I had a hurrible lookwarm shower.

The 1 bed aparthotel was clean, beautiful and spacious. The bed was good and soft.

There was no staff at all at the property, which took us so long to figure out how we can get in. Several doors each with a different pass code, making the entrance confusing. Each time using the elevator we should check the code in the email, so we decided to take the stairs instead. The presence of staff would have made the stay more convenient since we also had questions about parking when we arrived. It took us 1 hour going around the city to be able to use the parking the hotel suggested, in the end, we failed since the parking did not accept the suggested voucher. Finally, we parked on street.

oh my goodness it was so HOT!! consequently I didn’t sleep well. I found a fan but it barely moved the air around. it was such a shame as everything else was great.

fine for one, would be cramped for two though. First floor room requested and provided but it was really warm and the window only opened a bit. Noisy at night due to passers by leaving town centre. nice and very cool communal areas with an external terrace too.

Cutlery needed to be washed before using, there were paper towels but could have done with a tea towel in the room (and more than one coffee mug/tea cup). I was on the ground floor, right next to the street so had to use the noisy air condition in order to get to sleep.

Closeness to town centre and Natural History Museum. Flat rate of days stayed.

I wasn’t sent any check in info prior to my arrival but that was easily solved with a phone call. It was very warm, and the therefore-necessary fan was a bit loud. I did also run out of toilet paper.
