Great place to stay which is raely available , if you get the chance dont pass it up. Perfect location for University and centre of city is a 10 min walk , some nice coffee shops in the area .

Noisy neighbours, at 2am I went outside and I had found three people sleeping on the chairs in the lobby I’m sure they weren’t supposed to be staying there, and house keeping walking into our room before checkout time whilst we were sleeping

Our apartment was right on the road, so a little noisy at times. There was no blind over the door so it was really bright from early hours in the morning. An extra curtain/blind over the front door would easily solve this

No windows to open and have fresh air. No air con. Small fan. Window/door to hallway just has blind which lets in hallway light so not a good sleep.

How hard it was to get into the property as you have to have several different codes. No staff to help at any point. Also the address that they send you doesn’t send you directly to the apartment so took us a while to find

How steamy and uncomfortable it was, air con did not do much and no window to be opened so we didn't have a fresh air coming in, dreadful night and would not recommend!

Bed very cheap quality. Bathroom shower very poor - cheap fixtures - no soap in dispensers - dispenser holder for soap did not fit bottles.

Was prepared for initial entry to be difficult as had read the reviews….. but we were room thirty which had the inside box for the key on the floor so had to literally lay on the floor in order to see and open the combination lock - would be impossible for some people. I’m sure there’s an alternative, otherwise no complaints at all.

Very close to stadium and bars for walking but far enough away to be quiet. Everything you could need and bed very comfy.

The cleaning service is really disappointing. I am staying for long period (1 month), and the cleaning service is scheduled to be every week. Apart from not taking out the garbage (even the one of the bathroom), they do not even clean up the floor. Hairs on the floor (which is even not covered by any item) still remain at the same place after the cleaning. The changing of towels were never correct, and many times they give 3 large and 1 small. I needed to buy a hair drying cap myself. I have been asking for receipt of my stay since I was there in the location. The money was charged even before I arrived, but they informed me via email that they provide receipt only after my departure. Now that I am asking again and it them days to get one reply without sending anything.

The facilities in the location are fine. You have everything needed in the room. The heating system is working well. Storage area is also enough.

Pin access wasn't allowing us into the building,we had to knock the other guest up very late at night to allow us entry into the main part of the building

There was an outdoor seating and smoking area accessible on our floor but the door for this locked behind us with no way to get back inside. The only way out was a fire exit which was marked as being for emergencies only but we had not choice but to use this door which led to the street to get back to our room which was a little disappointing. There were no signs warning that the door would lock behind us when used.

Checking in with the lockbox was quick and easy due to the detailed instructions we had been sent beforehand. The room was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and despite it being a warm day, the room was cool enough as there was a fan provided. We didn't use the kitchen but there were plenty of utensils available if we had needed to do so.

The difficulty of getting into the property was a shambles and we wasn’t provided with the right codes and instructions making it even more difficult, secondly when we finally got into our room there was an awful smell coming from one of the cardboard which was lately discovered it was the bin which hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guests or emptied. Another issue was the lack of maintenance resulting in the window being broken and us not being able to close it and one of the cupboards being broken and almost falling on us… and lastly the holes we found in our duvet, showing the lack of action to detail.

Exceptionally disappointing. The room did not reflect the pictures online and claustrophobic with no opening small window facing on to another roof and overly warm even with a portable fan supplied. 3 pin codes to get in which meant scrambling on the floor to line up the scrolling digits to gain key to apartment then another and access to building. No hairdryer supplied which said it would so could not realistically take a shower and no hangers in the wardrobe. I rang to complain but individual was working from home so could not supply hairdryer at that time and apartment was fully booked. No bin in bathroom either so in all, would not recommend

The blind to the front window doesn’t fully cover it which leaves a gap people can potentially see through if they’re walking past your room.

Very noisy at night even with windows shut. Unfortunately the air con in the bedroom kept switching itself off after 90 mins and so I had to keep getting up to put it back on. Opening windows not an option due to noise of traffic and revellers. Apart from this it is a great spot.

Amazing location , apartment is great and spacious with everything you need.
