QA on rooms needs to improve

Nothing. Everything and everyone was nice.

The room was great. We had to pay for breakfast (which we didn't when we booked) but the kids were free and for the price it was incredible value for money. At first I was a little surprised by the location, but we were right on the Picadilly line so it was convenient and quick. So everything was fine.

The smell as you walk in to the reception area, it is a really over powering air freshener. Which is not pleasant.

The plug socket next to the bed didn't work properly, very limited night room service, tried to ring room service, housekeeping and front desk but nobody answered, cleaning service needs to do better in the stayovers. I could see what they " cleaned" and fridge door didn’t close completely, some of my food wasn't good to eat after.

I liked almost everything, including how you can control the lights from the bed.

Everything is great we just wish there was a window as the room gets very stuffy at night causing discomfort when breathing

We like everything about this hotel we travel from the north & this is our chosen hotel the price, the location, the decor, & most importantly the staff with a special shout out to the 2 girls at breakfast one dark curly hair one blonde curlyish hair :)

Reception was abit frosty and confusing. Asking for Id which I didn't realise was a requirement. My other colleague didn't have Id which was an issue. Luckily he had a bank card in the van. Was told off for booking the cheapest room with 2 beds as there was only one guest staying in that room. Was told there should be an extra Charge as she had to change to room. Still not sure why it had to be changed. We were staying on business and had been working 10 hours prior. A friendly hello and explanation would of been better.

Rooms were lovely and bar staff were very friendly and engaging, Even though they were busy (valentines day) still made a massive effort.

The only issue we had was there was a really loud buzzing in the room which stopped my partner from sleeping and it got so loud we had to move rooms but that was sorted no problem by the hotel. The buzzing did remain in the other room so bring ear plugs if you want a peaceful nights sleep if you’re a light sleeper!

Really lovely luxury stylish hotel, staff friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was really good, amazing selection and there’s a subway walk to the tube station which takes about 40 minutes to get into central London.

Hard to find the entrance and exits from the hotel. When we came back at 10.30pm the door we had gone out of wouldn't open even though we scanned our keycard and we couldn't find another entrance.

Room was modern and clean with a good bathroom.

Friendly front of house staff, check in and check out process was seamless, room was comfortable and well equipped. I also liked the room lighting and temperature control system. Better than expected.

Reception staff were slow with check- in and seemed pre-occupied with other stuff. My mattress was twin beds connected together and the join was uncomfortable to sleep on.

Comfortable and functional room with cool light automation and TV with casting. Breakfast was yummy. Across the road from Park Royal tube👍

Our stay at the Park Plaza London, Park Royal from January 24th to January 31st was a delightful experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment throughout our stay. Room: The rooms were well-maintained and provided all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. However, it's noteworthy that complimentary water was only provided on the first day, and we had to purchase water every subsequent day. I hope in the future the hotel could consider providing at least two bottles of water on a daily basis, as is customary in many hotels, to further enhance guest convenience and comfort. Location: The hotel's location is exceptionally convenient for accessing the city, making it an ideal choice for those looking to explore London. Breakfast: The breakfast offered was tasty and of good quality. However, it's worth noting that the menu remained the same throughout our stay. A little variety in the breakfast options would have been appreciated, but it was enjoyable nonetheless. Staff: The staff at Park Plaza London, Park Royal were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Their willingness to facilitate an early check-in at 12 pm instead of the standard 2 pm was much appreciated and indicative of their excellent customer service. Overall: Despite the minor issue with the breakfast menu, the advantages of staying at this hotel far outweigh it. The combination of cleanliness, convenient location, and outstanding staff service makes Park Plaza London, Park Royal a fantastic choice for both families and business travelers. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you, Park Plaza London, Park Royal, for a memorable stay!

Nice hotel but little amenities in the room itself. Bottled water, slippers etc but this is minor

Close to station. Online check in and check out and especially using the phone as keyless entry to room was brilliant
