I was a wee bit disappointed with the food on offer.When you order something from the menu,to be told that it is not available;added to the fact that my second choice was not to my taste,meant that I did not enjoy the food. Didn't have time to eat in the restaurant. Eating in a bar is always hit or miss. Most tables were occupied by groups of people drinking only. Can't fault the staff,or indeed the hotel. But it just wasn't an enjoyable experience,after a long drive.

Room was excellent. Spacious,clean,quiet. Reception staff were very friendly,very helpful,very efficient.

I loved my room. It was very spacious, Well appointed and equipped. I loved having a bathrobe & Slippers, an ironing Board & Iron to press my clothes. A good choice of Tea, Coffee & Chocolate. The Bed was very comfortable and I slept very well. I enjoyed relaxing in the Coffee Shop/Bar which was comfortable even on a Match day.

The bed wasn't great, instead of a double bed as requested, it was two singles pushed together with a double sheet over both but the gap inbetween was still evident which made sleeping uncomfortable. The breakfast wasn't great, a paltry portion in relation to the cost.

The facilities were good, the food in the Blue Restaurant was great, friendly staff, clean. Was able to book breakfast to be delivered to the room in the morning and it came on the time it was booked for which was really good.

Mattress was rock hard Breakfast pricing was odd never had to pay for continental breakfast just to get toast? Orange juice was from concentrate despite saying fresh and was expensive Food was good just pricing was odd

I was very happy with my room, lovely size, bathroom was great, good to have a bath and a shower. Everywhere very fresh and clean, towels and hospitality tray refreshed for my second night. I didn’t eat breakfast but did enjoy a very good dinner in the Blues restaurant.

The only thing I could complain about was the pipework made a noise when the toilet was flushed.

the split in the bed was a little annoying though, also my room was very drafty masking tape used to seal the window but insufficient on the first night of stay due to gale

Cannot really comment, stay was not long enough to give a fair reflection.

Did not use many of the facilities because we were out to a function away from the hotel. However, must mention breakfast which was superb. We left the hotel with an 8-hour drive and the breakfast saw us all the way home. Great value and very good food.
