1018 I stayed with my daughter as she was visiting Nottingham for a university open Day visit. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

The pillows were a little too hard for my liking, but that's just personal preference, and there was a drain smell in the bathroom which didn't clear which was unfortunate. It was slightly annoying having to remember to use your room card to work the lifts but not a deal breaker.

The location was perfect with easy access into the centre and the Theatre, The room was fantastic, roomy and well equipped. The bed was comfortable. Loved the cocktail bar too

The basin in the bathroom was like a toilet bowl on a train, bed was to soft but that is just personal preference . Didn’t take breakfast as hotel wanted close to £30 for an adult & child & we only have toast & cereal!

The welcome at reception was excellent. The room was spacious, spotless with excellent toiletries. All staff were at all times friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, plenty of choice.

Can't say there was anything to fault, I was only staying one night.

My first visit to this hotel. Nice spacious room, everything was modern, beds were very comfortable, and the room and bathroom were clean. I liked the 'full' package of having a safe and a fridge, and the attention to detail was nice with a coffee maker. Staff were welcoming at reception. Breakfast was plentiful, breakfast dining area good and breakfast staff friendly. the only thing I didn't use was the parking as I missed the entrance and parked down the hill in a public car park. Overall very impressed with this place.

Good location for a trip to the Theatre Royal and Concert Hall. Not far to walk from the Railway Station. Only a short walk to the Concert Hall. Friendly staff. Room clean and good facilities.

The bathroom cleanliness there was quite a lot of mould around the shower door and frame.

Breakfast was good a nice selection of produce,the only thing that was disappointing the vegetarian sausages were cold ,also the table clearing was slow quite a few tables hadn't been cleared on arrival in restaurant had to ask someone to clear a table yet the dining room wasn't full

We used the NCP car park across the road which was OK, but not great.

The outside of the hotel looks pretty bad, but it didn't matter at all because the inside was great. Spacious, well stocked with toiletries, tea and coffee etc and comfortable beds.

Some of the furniture was a little old although nothing major. The bathroom door was frosted glass, so it didn’t quite offer 100% privacy.

Central Nottingham hotel with nice amenities for a short stay. The bed was really comfortable and it was good to have complimentary coffee sachets/tea/water in the room, and nice toiletries offered. The armchair in the room was particularly comfy!
