The room was cold as the heating was controlled centrally and some functionality was not available. They put us in a disabled room where the shower drain wasn’t very good and water stayed on the floor. It was too noisy even though the double glazed windows were good we still could hear the music from the bars and clubs on the street below and we were on a 4th floor.

I couldn't get an invoice as i booked through Booking.com and the reception staff said they can't issue an invoice as i have paid Booking.com and they need to provide this???

Great location and car park is a short walk across the road. If you download the NCP app before parking then it is only £10.50 per 24 hours.

The rooms felt quite dated. Menu items were over priced.

I liked the app and digital key. Good quality amenities in the bathroom from Elemis. App was was really easy to use, especially for room service.

It's a little noisy if you want an early night. Could hear the late night bars in the streets opposite even though we were on the eighth floor. Once settled into the lovely big bed, you soon drift away, though.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Everything you need for an overnight stay with a 12pm checkout. Breakfast served until 11 a.m., and I'd go as far as saying one of the best breakfasts I've had. There is plenty of choice for everyone.

There was some distant, loud music from a nearby night club audible but that was to be expected due to Nottingham being a big city with lots of nightlife!

The room was comfortable and a good size. There were impressive views over the city of Nottingham from our room. The bathroom was spacious with plenty of hot water and it was great having hot drink making facilities in our room. The staff were helpful too.

Difficult parking. Very small hotel carpark and not possible to stop outside to unload and load luggage.

Free upgrade because we were staying 6 nights. Very friendly staff. Quiet night's sleep despite central location. Close to excellent restaurants in the city centre.

1018 I stayed with my daughter as she was visiting Nottingham for a university open Day visit. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

The pillows were a little too hard for my liking, but that's just personal preference, and there was a drain smell in the bathroom which didn't clear which was unfortunate. It was slightly annoying having to remember to use your room card to work the lifts but not a deal breaker.

The location was perfect with easy access into the centre and the Theatre, The room was fantastic, roomy and well equipped. The bed was comfortable. Loved the cocktail bar too

The basin in the bathroom was like a toilet bowl on a train, bed was to soft but that is just personal preference . Didn’t take breakfast as hotel wanted close to £30 for an adult & child & we only have toast & cereal!

Can't say there was anything to fault, I was only staying one night.

My first visit to this hotel. Nice spacious room, everything was modern, beds were very comfortable, and the room and bathroom were clean. I liked the 'full' package of having a safe and a fridge, and the attention to detail was nice with a coffee maker. Staff were welcoming at reception. Breakfast was plentiful, breakfast dining area good and breakfast staff friendly. the only thing I didn't use was the parking as I missed the entrance and parked down the hill in a public car park. Overall very impressed with this place.
