There was nothing about our stay that was negative when it comes to this hotel

We rebooked this hotel having had to cancel last year which was fully understood by the hotel owner and he was ace about it From the arrival it was a very warm welcome with the hotel location within a couple of hundred yards of the south pier and with a view to the pleasure Beach from the road The hotel was as the pictures showed and the family room was big enough for our family of 4 which includes 2 teenage boys The breakfast was spot on with nothing to much trouble for them Tracey will do her best to accommodate any breakfast requests you have without any hassle

Can’t fault it.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at ParkRoyal Blackpool. The best B&B I’ve stayed in by far. Already booked for a return trip in April along with parents this time to and will be recommending to family and friends. will not look anywhere else to stay now. The perfect home from home. Thank you for everything Tony! We look forward to seeing you again in April 2023.

Tony and Tracy were amazing met our expectations and more. Tony was very accommodating and nothing was to much amazing customer service and hospitality was amazing will definitely stay again. Recommend to family and friends.

The staff were really helpful, especially at breakfast time and recommending places to eat for dinner! Breakfast was excellent, nothing was too much trouble and great quality food. We managed to park right outside but there are multiple car parks close by. Location was great, 5 mins from the pleasure beach and north pier and you can walk or take the tram down the sea front.

The owners were very kind,caring and helpful. Breakfast had everything to suit everyone's needs. Full English was brilliant. Every cereal you can think of fresh juice and fruit.

Staff were very accommodating, special mention to Tracey, she made a huge effort to entertain our two sons, 2 and 6. Fantastic cooked and continental breakfast, delicious.

Breakfast was amazing huge choice, fresh melon /fruit. Cereals followed by an outstanding cooked breakfast. Location superb 300m to south pier. Immaculate rooms. Lovely hallway and bar area. Would highly recommend. Tracey is just fabulous!

lovely stay at park royal, very close to the pleasure beach. room was spacious and clean with everything in it you need breakfast was fabulous. plenty of choice. staff very welcoming and friendly and we will Definately stay here again. thanks for a great stay

A little more space in the room and the shower was quite narrow. A chair would have been nice but appreciate there wasn't really space.

Room was small but perfectly formed - all possible eventualities covered! Lovely environmental credentials, friendly and really helpful staff (went the extra mile) and a very comfortable night's sleep. A couple of minutes' walk to the promenade and the Pleasure Beach but set back from the road so nice and quiet. Lovely breakfast (veggie options too!) with fresh fruit and really nice bread in the toast (it's the little things...)

The best B&B we have stayed in in Blackpool. Excellent location, parking right outside, lovely breakfast with lots of choice, the room was the comfiest and cleanest we have stayed im blackpool with everything you could possibly need in it. The staff were lovely and so welcoming would 100% recommend and definitely would stay again 😊
