Absolutely everything about this property is amazing, so so peaceful. The mobile home has everything you need for any stay, you could cook a full roast in the kitchen it’s that well catered for. Beds were very comfortable and has a great shower. Loved watching the peacocks and even got to see deer walking past The owners are really nice and helpful

The location is ideal for touring west Cornwall, with places like St Michael's Mount just over 35 minutes away. Our accommodation was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It was nice to sit outside listening the the wildlife after a day of sightseeing.

Emma and Tony are excellent hosts, we got a very warm welcome including nice little gifts. The Caravan was spotlessly clean and we found everything you need for a nice and comfortable week of holidays.

The only negative was the fact we couldn’t recycle anything, so we took it home, which wasn’t a problem!

My Mrs would have liked the option to recycle our rubbish.

The place was really easy to find, especially with the extra directions that came with the welding email. It is a great base to explore Cornwall from with plenty in reach of short drives. Perranporth is a short walk or drive away, and the beach is excellent. The accommodation we stayed in was really clean and had plenty of info about things to do. It also had ample supplies of the and coffee, a decent sized fridge and a gas cooker. The bedrooms were really comfy, and the shower was nice and hot. There was plenty of space to park, and the trailers had plenty of privacy with the hedges separating them. It was really quiet too and the night sky had no light pollution so you could see the stars really well. Access might be a little difficult for someone who is disabled as the parking is on gravel, and the trailer we were in was up a few steps. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Nothing. Everything was excellent.

Good location, easy to find. Private and quiet, except the peacocks! But they didn't disturb us. Very comfortable and well equipped caravan with everything we needed. Very tastefully decorated - loved the hedgehogs and owls - nice touches. Would definitely stay again.

No internal locks on windows/doors to prevent children getting out, this won't be an issue for all families though.

The quiet location as its not on a busy caravan site, there are only three caravans. Clean and well presented facilities that comfortably met our holiday requirements. Central location for exploring the local area. Great communication from the owner including additional instructions on how to find the Cornish Bee Farm, which is actually really easy.

The location - ok in daylight to travel into other locations but roads dark and steep whilst travelling back.

Nothing to dislike.

Everything about the stay was wonderful. Great Caravan with beautiful views, really quiet but convenient for the A30. Our hosts were lovely and put up balloons and banners in the caravan for my Husbands 50th birthday along with honey and biscuits on arrival and some chocolates with a card for his birthday. Would absolutely recommend this accommodation. Loved it.

Nothing we didn’t like.

Very clean & spacious. Shower was consistently hot with good water pressure. Separate ensuite toilet aswell as bathroom. Owners were lovely.

Being a static caravan the single beds were small, but that is expected.
