Pillows for the bed weren’t great

Just one thing - the bed was a bit too small for us. Not a fault of the property. Simply uk queen size is a tad smaller than US queen. We are used to US king size which is UK super king. If the property is changing beds at some points it would be nice to upgrade to a larger size bed if at all possible. Just a suggestion and not a complaint. :))

Apartment was excellent, spotlessly clean, had all the functional features and kitchen well equipped. First nights breakfast supplies and also cooking essentials like salt and pepper, oil and even curry powder and chilly flakes are a very nice thoughtful touch. Great location and only five to ten minutes walk from centre of town, and then a few more minutes to the Cathedral. Free parking on site, much appreciated and very convenient. Staff very sweet and they obviously very much care about the quality of your stay. Many thanks!

The staff were very friendly and showed us to the apartment early even though it wasn't quite check in time. They also allowed us to park the day of arrival and the day of departure for the whole time which was really appreciated.

Very clean and great location. Stayed in the two bedroom apartment which was spacious and had everything needed for a stay. Walking distance to main points of interest. Fast WiFi. Staff tracked us down in the car park to return an item they found cleaning.

The room was very clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need. They even welcome guest with free food like water, milk, coffee, cereal & apples. I really liked how convenient it was. A bonus was the laundry area.

Booked a one bed self catering room for two of us and used the sitting room as 2nd bedroom. The sofa bed provided worked well as a bed. We didn't cook but having the kitchen facility was handy for breakfasting, etc. Everything was new and clean. The walk in shower booth was also nice. The staff was communicative - I asked a couple of questions prior to the stay and they responded promptly. It's very near the station. There're two routes to the town centre - the one to the right as you come out is nicer. Would use again. Thank you.

One of the shower heads was broken, and water was spraying out, We didn't manage to operate the towel dryers.

The unit was spacious, fully equipped (including olive oil and spices for the cooking!), and very clean. The children enjoyed the board games and books that were available. We arrived at night directly from the airport, and getting the keys through the machine was simple and fast. We got free breakfast for the first day, which was really helpful. We were offered free cleaning service every day, and on-site parking after a short registration was always available. The laundry room was very convenient to use.

It was a bit tricky to check in because the self check in desk was not working with both the surname and reference number given. Thankfully it was within the time that staff are available so I managed to get the keys to the apartment. The bathroom door kept getting stuck when you close it so we had to struggle a bit to get it open.

I enjoyed my stay at Peartree serviced apartments. It was in a great location near town and within walking distance. There were two smart tvs in the flat one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The flat was really nice. I would definately recommend staying here.

Lovely clean apartment. It is small but perfect for a short stay. Fresh milk was provided alongside tea and a cereal breakfast. Simple check in. Lots of parking.

The sleeping rooms were small and without windows / outside ventilation.
