Apartment in a great location with everything you need.

Style of the decor in the apartment / building could have an update but that is personal preference - this didn't affect our stay in any way - we had a great time and had everything we needed.

Excellent location opposite tram stop, really clean and comfortable apartment, good parking and apartment had everything we needed for a short break in Blackpool including fully functional kitchen with a dishwasher!

Bed was a little bit too hard but not uncomfortable

We arrived earlier so I phoned to see if we could park the car and they were happy for us to do this. Made it much better and easier for us which we appreciated. Zoe was lovely on the phone and so happy to help us.

    Nothing

Far enough out of blackpool, but tram opposite. Lots of local shops to get stocks from, the accommodation was brilliant and clean. Everything you needed for a stay was there.

A bit of maintenance required. Dishwasher’s soap dispenser did not work, neither did the bathroom mirror light. Curtains in kitchen in way of being able to open dishwasher properly. Bedroom grey throw was stained. Hairdryer very sticky and nozzle didn’t fit appliance. Wouldn’t put me off staying again as overall we still enjoyed the flat.

Great location and one of the best places I have stayed in and around Blackpool. Would stay again. Apartment small for three but it worked for a few nights and the apartment has all you need for a short stay.

Apartment was very clean and spacious with everything you need tram stop directly over the road for easy commute. Sainsbury's just around the corner to pick up whatever you need and lot's of restaurants and take aways

Couple of minor disappointments on arrival were that some of the blinds in the living area were missing/did not close. Thankfully, the Pearl Suite itself isn't hugely overlooked. Also, the double mattress was severely stained, fresh bedding was laid on so cleaners should have noticed this and reported it, instead I informed Zoe (owner) and she was very apologetic and receptive. Hopefully this is also rectified for future guests. A final observation was the shower pressure being on the weaker side, and temperature settings didn't seem to work properly: the water came through either stone cold or near scalding hot, regardless of how the dial was set. Besides these slight improvement areas, it is overall a nice accommodation for a weekend stay and would recommend to others who are happy to self cater and don't want to pay chain prices.

Property location was quiet, easy to find and access using codes provided by the owner in advance. Overall the apartment was well presented, simple but homely. Ample room for a single occupant, would also be comfortable for a couple. About the area: There is a big Sainsbury's just five minutes walk round the corner for essentials; Bispham Kitchen is even closer, lovely café for breakfast; Bispham tram stop is across the road from Beach House, very easy and handy way to get back into town (roughly 15 minutes ride).
