I found the mattress a little hard for my liking but everything else was great. There was no DVD player but we had brought our own anyway ( my son is autistic and likes to watch dvds)

I loved the attention to detail with hare decorations all over the accommodation. Really impressed by cleaning equipment, salt, pepper, tomato sauce etc left for us to use.

The neighbours in number 7 who i think were builders made quite a bit of noise late at night and early in the morning while they were getting ready for work

We loved this little chalet it had absolutely everything anyone could need. it was in a quiet area of the park so we were able to sit back and totally relax.

Overall we have no complaints. There are a couple of things that might be an issue to some people. Firstly, people walk past the front of the chalet to access other chalets - when originally constructed the chalets would have been equipped with net curtains, but these are no longer there so people outside can see straight in unless you pull the curtains. Secondly, the electricity supply can be overloaded easily and so you have orchestrate things like showers, using the oven, using the water heater, etc. Once you know that this can happen it isn't a problem, but it is disconcerting when it does. I don't recall seeing a contact number for reception in the event of issues such as this in the guide in the chalet, and also perhaps a site map showing the location of things like the beach and shop would be helpful.

Clean, well presented, enough space for everyone. Everything that you needed was there. Ample parking.

When locking door from inside you had to be careful not to turn the key fully as was very difficult to open, probably needs looking at. That was the only thing I could fault.

Absolutely superb accommodation, everything is spotless clean and new. The kitchen is well equipped, and everything was working fine. Lovely quiet location not far from the Park reception. We felt right at home and had a very relaxing break.

The wifi didn't work for two days which we were not made aware of in advance and which caused a lot of inconvenience. It was a known issue but we were not told prior arriving. The chalet, albeit clean and tidy, had a very strong damp smell and we had to keep opening the windows. Unfortunately our unused clothes etc took on the smell which was unpleasant.

The chalet was overall clean and had all the facilities as advertised (TV, microwave, hoover, hair dryer, etc). The kitchen was well equipped. The location was good for exploring nearby beaches and lovely scenery, the holiday park was good fun for our 5 year old.

House smell seriously of damp which would not go away for over 2 days with all open windows, not nice surroundings around the house, front pretty much very close looking on next row houses (back of them witch are bathrooms, far from any entertainment and any nice views, not outside furniture to chill out, entertainment place have really bad food service, swimming pool very overloaded and not much clean, not worth it to get the extra pass for it, unfortunately in general would not come again

House well equipment, nice bathroom and everything in the kitchen that you need, comfortable living room, good playground for kids and small shop to get some necessary bits
