There were personal items and some food items though all the cleaning products were good but were they there for our use? Which we didn’t use the access to the property ie the couple of steps one of which was unstable but once I was aware of this I took care (I have low vision)

Shorefield is a lovely, quiet caravan park, and Pebble Beach Retreat is set it a nice area which backs onto trees giving you privacy in the master bedroom. The caravan itself is clean, and has everything you need for a short to medium stay. Check-in was easy, so this all added up to a great weekend away. Thanks very much!

Lack of towels was a bit of a shame but is probably an easy fix

The entire experience was brilliant. The chalet was a home from home with lots of little extras that make all the difference. The place is relaxing and exciting in a lovely location. The owner was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely return again without a second thought. Thank you.

I have no complaints.

A very well equipped place and the heating and hot water, important at this time of year, worked rapidly. An excellent shower and the bed was comfortable. All the instructions sent before my stay were helpful and accurate. TV worked easily too.

Nice & clean property, with every thing you needed to stay, cook...The park is a very nice spot, close to the sea and the new forest, and the property was in a very convenient location, close to the entrance, the store and the pool but very quiet at the same time.

Modern spacious warm well equipped static caravan. Very peaceful location. 12 minutes walk to the sea. Powerful shower. Free parking next to caravan. Large fridge freezer. 10 minute walk to bus stop

Not great phone signal, but there is WiFi on site so you can use WhatsApp etc. On site shop shuts at 7 but there is a coop 5 mins drive away so not a huge issue.

Amazing stay, will definitely be back. Very child friendly and great facilities included in the price. Really helpful host and lots of little touches. Took the stress out of holidaying with kids and felt like a home from home. Lots to do and see in the local area and felt very safe and everyone was very kind.

The lighting in the caravan was rather dull, but the owner is considering adding some extra lamps.

Shorefield is our favourite holiday home site in this area. It is very quiet at this time of the year. The restaurant is good for takeaway meals. The pool and spa is excellent. Our caravan was comfortable and spacious for the two of us. Very clean and well stocked. It is in a nice secluded and quiet spot whilst still convenient for the indoor pool, restaurant and walk to the beach. Good communication with the owner.

Nothing much other than maybe a mini guide/ inventory would have helped as it's the owner's family van, as to where to find and how to use some things.

Pretty much everything. Well equipped caravan which was lovely and clean and just perfect for what we wanted. Sited in a quiet spot on the park and easy walk to all the facilities and the beach. It was great not needing to drive anywhere for the few days we stayed, as Milford on Sea was only a couple of miles walk away.. As the weather was really nice we didn't use the facilities on-site other than the well equipped shop but everything looked really nice.
