The price side off things and paying for the car park 10 24 hr stay as the hotel was high enough

The room service menu was quite limited, which was a bummer given that I'd been travelling for hours and wanted to just turn in.

It's walking distance from Ipswich train station. I was there for just a night and didn't have time to use most of the hotel facilities. The room was great and the staff was quite welcoming. Loved the pens!

The shower was an odd design. There is no ledge to keep the water contained, so the whole floor of the bathroom gets wet & water actually leaked out under the bathroom door. The phone in the room didn't work so we were unable to order room service from there. We had to go downstairs to order, but then it was brought up fine. Parking is not great. It does state this on their website, but they happily take payment from you for 2 nights parking, without explaining that you may not be able to actually park! They did refund the second night, but it was a little misleading.

The bed was the comfiest bed that I've slept in at a hotel & the breakfast was amazing. I have never seen such a variety of food offered & the coffee was great too. Evening food was lovely too & their Cosmopolitan cocktail was delicious!

The toilet flush kept pouring water when it shouldn't - we would have to press again to stop the water as it was noisy.

Breakfast was £18 which was very steep and they didn’t have specific vegetarian options available for full English. Beds not very comfy. Limited parking so has to park 5 minutes away.

Parking was quite minimal but we did arrive late in the day so spaces were taken and there is a sister car park so not the end of the world. We did also have one night without hot water, but the staff were great and the issue was sorted superbly the next day.

Staff were very helpful, lovely atmosphere and very close to town - perfect for watching the football. We loved the fact the the darts, shuffle board and pool table were free and were able to choose what we had on the telly, we had a lovely stay. We will definitely be back.

We didn't have breakfast as thought it was overpriced. Didn't like paying for parking. Didn't like the price of 2 x small dog staying overnight.

Food was expensive and lots of additional cost, parking, dog etc. Room rate very good though as starting point.

Nice simple hotel. Good reception area with T.V showing premier games. Bar and food, though later quite expensive.

Nothing really, i guess if being picky the hall ways where dark but then again how much time do you spend in the hallways :-)

Staff were amazing, very friendly and so helpful, so polite, couldnt do enough to help especially the guy on reception - sorry i didnt get your name. Loved the fact you could open the window, the room was nice light and airy. Lounge area was great with a pool table, shuffleboard etc.
