Very central easy walking distance to main places

In one of the bedrooms- the heating didn’t work. The lights in the kitchen is very poor when it’s evening. A dog bowl was holding up an armchair. Broken towel railing in the bathroom. We didn’t get our security deposit back despite returning the door fob, only one for all of us. Still waiting to get our money back. I felt the owner of the apartment was rude to me, thinking we were going to trash the place because the previous group did and he thought I was being difficult before the weekend started so this attitude really put me off. UPDATE- We are still waiting for our security deposit after leaving a review as requested.

The location was perfect, everything was within walking distance. We loved the restaurants, bars and the shops nearby. The bedrooms were so comfortable. Beautiful views of Manchester from the terrace and windows. Lovely open plan kitchen and living room.

Security deposit for key fob still not refunded. We checked out from the apartment on Friday 03/11/23 and Mr. Joseph promised to do the refund on the 08/11/23. However until today, 21/11/23 I’m still waiting for my money. I have no idea why Mr. Joseph never reply my messages anymore. Update: Mr. Joseph has refunded my deposit on the 23/11/23. Thank you Mr. Joseph.

Great location. Spacious and cosy with free wifi, iron with iron board, hot water, towels, microwave, kettle & cutlery. Mr. Joseph Heyworth was very helpful from the day I made the reservation until we checked in to the apartment.

Good location. Secure apartment. Fully kitted out kitchen. Three separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. Owner was easy to deal with and responsive to messages- as was the person who we met at the door to check in and to discuss house rules etc. I sent several messages to the owner who always replied. The owner asked for a separate refundable deposit- which was refunded in full. There was a bit of a delay in refunding the deposit - but nothing too bad and the owner replied to messages when I asked about it and was apologetic regarding the delay. Overall I would definitely recommend.

Only 1 fob for 8 people to come a go through the front door with hard work when u split up to go to different shop.

It was central location. Decent beds to sleep in.little run down but was clean and comfortable and great for our group for Xmas shopping for a couple of nights we stayed. We would stay again quite happily.

We stayed from November 24th to 25th, still waiting for the £99 deposit to be returned, and it’s December 15th. We paid it in good faith and left the apartment in a good condition. Response from the host could have been better, along with information regarding when the deposit will be returned. I will update the review when I get the deposit back.

The apartment was extremeely clean and had everytthing we needed as a party of 6 ladies of a certain age. The beds very comfortable and the location excellent. Will definately recomment and use again thank you

A couple of things needed touching up paint wise, a few more hooks on curtains to shut fully, could do with a few more wine glasses, couldn’t find a tea towel, but in the majority it had all we needed.

Ease of location, enough space for all our group, good facilities. Host was very nice and easy to communicate with. Comfy beds and quiet surroundings.

A little bit tired in places. Could only get channel 4 to work on television.

Great location, 2 bathrooms, enough space for 7 of us. On the whole a great stay for us. Good kitchen facilities as we brought all of our own food.

A security deposit was asked for the day before our stay, but it was safely returned after we checked out!

The location was absolutely perfect for our stay in Manchester, right in the heart of the Northern Quarter! The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable one night stay in Manchester. We struggled to find anywhere else that would house such a big group so it was great that my group of friends could all stay together with a communal lounge area to hang out! :)

the location of the property is ideal for a city centre stay in Manchester. the communication from the owner was brilliant and nothing was a problem. large spacious apartment and ideal for bigger groups although there was only 5 of us.
