No Wifi Connection ( you get wifi name & password but there's no internet still.) Water drainage in the toilet where you wash your hands is blocked. Excessive amount of noise from homeless people who stay at the alley at the entrance of this guest house at night times. I think interior was good i can say 7/10 and the location 4/10. In general 6.5/10

Well it was okay for what you pay . Request i had and response from the people who manage this guest house was fast enough for me.

There was no key in the key box when we arrived during the check in window. When called the property owner he simply hung up the phone and did not pick our calls at all. For a moment we thought we were scammed. We kept calling the guy like 50 times to the point he got pissed off and answered the phone saying the room is not clean so the cleaning lady is cleaning it currently. He could have told this in the first call itself rather than making us stand outside the property door in rain !!! Not professional at all!!

Bed bugs all over the rooms. The rooms need to be cleaned properly to avoid insect bites to visitors. Some of the bugs I killed had blood stains in them which means they had already bitten people.

*The staff was unreachable! We had an emergency, when the fire alarm went off and I tried to call/text the owner for hours and no response. We ultimately called the fire department and they came to check, but couldn't turn off the alarm, so it was just ringing SO LOUD for half a day. *it was so cold, all the rooms!

*Price and location are very good. 2 metro stations are very close and only a few stops by Underground to get to the center *If you are not looking for luxury and you just need somewhere to sleep (like we did), then it is perfect. Room with 2 bunkbeds for 4 persons was exactly what we needed. *Everything was clean and working

Hairdryer was missing and the bathroom could do with a lick of paint.

Location near the tube stations was excellent. Easy to get to. Easy to get into the property once instructions received. As long as you know about the alley way and the location / stairs it is what it is. The property served us well for what we needed which was a trip to winter wonderland and London with 4 children.

There were 4 beds in the room and only one bed was clean. Other three had hair and dust on them. Wouldn’t it be weird if they cleaned only one of them because just one person will be staying.

Communication with the manager was terrible. He didn't answer any of our questions and he didn't give us info for check-in in time (before 3 pm). We had to send him a lot of messages to get it. The aisle to the house is not dark, there are lights but the was pee and poop and so many drug addicts taking drugs at the moment we were getting in. Luckily during the night there was a locked gate and they cannot be there. But first impression was terrible and we were really scared. The bathroom wasn't so clen, glass at the shower was broken and we had problems with flushing the toilet.

Rooms were clean, cozy and small - but we knew that. Equipment was good - microwave, TV, refridgerator, hairdryer. towels, table, heater, electrical splitter and reduction. Common meeting room was also nice.

Tight room, bed was too short for my husband. Stincky entrance.

Very clean and good standard of room. However room was quite small for 3 adult People. Near to London Tower and the tube or Sky Garden. Area full.of shops, Bars and pubs. However entrance through long and stinky gate. For just Quick shower and sleep very good.

There is 1 shared bathroom for all guests staying at the property. Which means we had to share it with +- 7 people. Who all wanted to shower and pee and brush their teeth simultaneously. Very very annoying. The building is also a bit hidden in a dodgy alley.

The facilities are in very good quality. Bathroom is beautiful. Rooms came with a microwave, a modern television and a mini fridge in which they provided complimentary water as well as all the means needed to make tea. Both sides of the bed were double pillowed. I paid €57 a night for 2 people which is veryyy cheap.

Difficult to sleep due to the noise. The Communication about the codes wasn’t timely. location (isn’t the safest-feeling if you’re a female/solo traveller) but luckily I was with friends.

The price - it is good value for london, especially if you’re travelling with friends / family on a budget. If you’re looking for a place to crash and don’t care too much about sleep quality - then you’ve found your place.

But the narrow passage (alley) to the property was very dirty and had foul odour. There was no parking and didnot had facility to drop off while using car.

The location is very close to Aldgate East underground and to other basic amenities. The room had a refrigerator and microwave which was very helpful.
