The only things that I. Got to say shout this beautiful caravan Is the table was a bit wobbly so we couldn’t eat by it . And the drain pip above the door was leaking water due to it raining so much . So when we opened the door the water came in and soaked us a little but was reported .

When we arrived first impression how easy it was to find and how beautiful the caravan was there was a lovely welcome gift as well which we was really grateful for . The owners were so friendly and helpful too . Beds in bedroom were so comfortable but couldn’t sleep in them due to us having our 2 year old little boy with autism who needs to sleep in travel cot x

We stayed in Pheolix caravan as we were having work done in our house and needed to stay locally. The caravan was perfect as close to home. Booking was easy online and check in instructions clear. I would happily stay again if we needed accommodation in the area.

The toilet was quite small but as you would expect from a caravan.

Nothing really. I wasn’t keen on a caravan stay and we drew straws for the double bed - unfortunately I lost so I did find the singles very small. brilliant for a family with children I should think, a little less so for 4 ladies. we did find the plot difficult to find when we arrived, signage could be better and the name Ash was t displayed well enough. we drove around 3 times trying to find it on the first day.

it was spacious, very clean, heating welcome on our arrival ( a very wet day) and communications were excellent so we checked in early. the welcome basket of chocolates and biscuits was a real treat and we soon discovered this was a personal touch from the caravan owners that others on site didn’t have. marvellous.
