Only slight negative was a bit of late night noise in front bedroom but nothing awful

The location was excellent and so close to shops restaurants and most importantly the beach. The house was very comfortable and spacious with lots of quirky features.

Checkout process - for the price paid we felt we shouldn’t have to walk round town to put recycling and rubbish out and would recommend a few rubbish bins in the courtyard at the back or ask cleaner to do it. Also putting dishwasher on before 9am cut short a relaxing breakfast on the last morning which was a shame. Forgot a scarf so went back at 11am and cleaner hadn’t been yet so it wasn’t necessary. The dishwasher has a fast cycle that takes 30 mins so could suggest that to guests instead for the last morning

Very luxurious and comfortable, great location and loved the architecture and decor of the property. The bathroom and bath bombs were gorgeous and the kitchen had everything we needed. Great tv subscriptions for Christmas films and lovely cosy lounge. Generous welcome snacks, a relaxing stay.

The outside garden/courtyard was untidy & needed a sweep. I was asked to take all of my household rubbish to a central rubbish bin near the seafront, as it is rather a large black bin bag I did not fancy walking through town with this, surely you don’t expect paying guests to do this. This should be part of the house cleaning fee. I have never been asked to do this in any other property I have stayed in.

This is a fantastic place so beautifully decorated and thought out, it is really well stocked with everything you need and so comfortable, the courtyard has sun for most of the day and it was so lovely to have some outside space right in the heart of the town. Simon could not have been more helpful for all our questions about where to park and anything else we needed, definitely a place to return to ❤️

Parking near the house was a bit of a nightmare but can’t be helped and didn’t really need the car once we were there.

There was nothing.

Simply everything. The cottage was well equipped for all we needed. Plenty of utensils, China, cutlery etc. Also cooking equipment. We had a Christmas stay so important. It was decorated beautifully for Christmas. A lovely welcome pack as well. Close to the beach and amenities. Just ideal. We can't wait to return. Thank you Simon and Sarah.

The convenient location meant that you had to park the car a short walk away. This was not a problem at all and we found plenty of free spaces in Pierremont Avenue.

The house was clean and had a fun welcoming feel. Towels and linen were of exceptional quality. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated the items waiting for us on arrival - thank you. Great location for touring; we visited Whitstable, Sandwich, Deal, Dover and Canterbury.

I really can't think of anything except that there isn't any free parking by the property so be prepared to park temporarily to unload and then drive to find a parking space 5-10 mins walk away. This wasn't a problem for us but just something to be aware of.

Fantastic location right in the centre of Broadstairs. A stone's throw away from the bars/restaurants and crucially the beach (but not noisy at night time). The property has been beautifully decorated - lovely personal touches that make your stay feel really convenient (soap/shampoo, bath toys, beach toys). The TVs also have netflix/youtube which I know shouldn't be important but really was for my kids!! The beds are super comfortable and all the rooms were spacious and well thought out. Gorgeous property.

Beautiful property at the most perfect location; shops, cafes and beach literally 2 minutes away. The property was extremely clean and felt so warm and welcoming. It was spacious for a family of 6 and exceeded our expectations.

The beds were extremely soft and uncomfortable, which is the only thing that the hosts could improve. There was a lot of street noise on the early hours of the morning but we possibly may not have been so aware if we had been sleeping better.

Beautiful, well presented property in a fantastic situated location. Extremely clean, ans wonderfully decorated. Close to the beach cafes, bars ans picturesque street. Facilities were brilliant, with small extra touches which really made us feel welcome.

only tricky but is dropping off your stuff as it’s a pedestrianised st. you just need to be organised. we got the keys first then went back. no drama

superb location. spacious enough. it’s not huge but we where a group of four adults and two children. we all fitted in fine. you can’t really beat the location, two mins from beach. bakery at end of street is excellent to.

The town is a bit lively on a Saturday night so if you’re in the front bedroom bring some earplugs.

The house is lovely, it has a really nice feel to and it’s very central to everything down a cobbled street. There’s everything you need in the property. The hosts had arranged for milk, juice, eggs and cookies which was welcomed and nice touch. The upstairs bathroom is really lovely.
