The layout, the room, comfy bed and pillows, amenities, complimentary tea, coffee, soft drinks, snacks AND alcoholic beverage in our room bar fridge! The location is perfect, on a quiet road within walking distance from the buzz of Broadstairs.

We were blown away by the welcome and hospitality of our hosts! John and Jo were informative, allowed us to check in earlier, greeted us with welcome drinks and ensured we immediately felt at home.

Great place run by a great couple - I stayed in a very comfy room with a very nice en-suite bathroom (free-standing bath and big shower). Lots of amenities included such as snacks/drinks in the fridge, toiletries in the bathroom. Very welcoming people who were great to chat to. John even put me through my paces in the gym! Really close the beach and plenty of shops restaurants around. Will definitely be back. Thank you.

We had a lovely room with a comfortable yellow chair coffee and tea and a mini bar with everything you can think of. There was nothing we could have wanted for. They thought of everything even an umbrella if it rained. We was very happy with the facilities and the hosts were exceptional very friendly and welcoming.

The room was hot, but there was a fan to use, and we opened the windows.

The room had everything we needed and extra! The bed was comfortable and the view was lovely! This beautiful house is very clean. We were greeted by the owner when we arrived, very friendly and helpful! We found a parking spot on the street even though there was a festival happening in town. Close walk to the beach.

Everything. Room upgrade as they had capacity was a lovely touch. The bathroom was as big as the bedroom and was kitted out to luxury standard. The TV was huge and the complementary refreshments would not have come cheap for the owners.

Lovely welcome from the couple with run the property who offered us great knowledge of the area and things to do the best places to go. Bright, clean fantastic room !!! Really nicely decorated nice touch with the coffee machine, biscuits and water. Bathroom was amazing with a wonderful shower. Lots of windows for fresh air !! Added bonus top room you can see the sea. 100% recommend and will definitely be back in the next couple of weeks. Thank you Jo and John for looking after us.

There was Nothing that we didn’t like about the property- a beautiful home.

The decor is perfect with a lot of effort and attention in providing perfect accommodation. With lots of small touches such as beers chocolate wine and milk in the fridge. We stayed in the superior room but was shown the deluxe room too which was also decorated to a high standard. Location is great just a few minutes walk up the road to the town centre and beach Jo and John were so friendly and welcoming. Thanks for letting us stay at your beautiful property.

We stayed for one night to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary. The room and bathroom were beautiful, very clean and well appointed. The bathroom was amazing, I now want a TV in my bathroom at home! The hosts really have thought of everything and there are loads of little extras to make the stay extra special, including wine, beers, chocolates, fruit, coffee machine and toiletries. Excellent location, just a short walk to the seafront and high street with many restaurants and bars.

On street parking was limited so had to park in next street.

The room was very comfortable and well-equipped. Some nice complementary treats were provided. Location was very good, only a short walk to the beach and the high street. Hosts were friendly and sent good instructions beforehand.

The bath room was spacious and really nice. If you like taking baths, this bathroom is a dream. / and complements drinks and snacks were nice too
