We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe rooms are functional and very clean. They are a touch dated with regards to the furniture, but spacious enough. I think the rooms would benefit from a small fridge, to keep beverages, snacks etc cool. None of these points are criticisms as the hotel itself is more than functional and in my opinion v good VFM
The location was perfect, close to both the Town centre and my in-laws house in nearby Halbeath. Very central for all amenities but the Hotel itself was nice and quiet, set in spacious grounds, with ample parking to the front and rear. The restaurant served good meals, and with two bars running concurrently there was no problems getting a drink!

Good parking, public spaces nowhere bedrooms so it was quiet even when there were events on, food was good, my room had everything I needed (including an iron, which is missing from rooms all too often). Highlight is the staff, who were efficient but friendly. Reception staff are very good and extremely professional, bar/restaurant staff were never stopped moving!

United KingdomOnly slight gripe was that my room 232 was very basic, and i've had much better tea & coffee facilities in other hotels.
Only had Breakfast both days but it was excellent with a good selection and good choices available, however the bed was very comfortable and had i two great nights sleep. Shower was very good and bathroom was of a high standard which is a big plus. The Staff were always pleasant and very accomodating throughout my stay.

nice one only 20 minutes from airport and 1/2 hour from city. Good size rooms and comfortable. Double rooms are very nice and clean! Facilities are nice as well!
