Could do with a couple more pillows. There was plenty of fire alarms but only one unlocked door in and out of the house.

One of the cleanest places I've stayed in London for an inexpensive price. Bed was comfie. Access was easy, there was noone onsite by the look of it but it felt safe with all the security keys. Bathroom was clean. Shower wasn't that strong but it was warm. Quiet area but still takeaways and places to eat. There was a kitchen to use, which was a plus too. Positioned close to the station on the Hammersmith line straight into Liverpool Street, King's Cross or Euston Square.

Needs a table lamp or something. For example. You either have the massive roof light or no light at all.

Two rooms close together requested and request fulfilled. However “shared bathroom” (which we assumed was for our two rooms) was down a flight of stairs and then a walk through either the community lounge or community kitchen. We think this particular point should be made clear in your media posts advertising the rooms you have so people are aware before they book and more importantly pay. Great place for younger people maybe, but for us being slightly older generation, toilet/bathroom privacy is king and perhaps (at least) a toilet on each floor would make it more desirable.

Very clean and very quiet. Location excellent for our visit. Plenty of local shops and eateries close by if needed.

The house was quiet in the night, but the floor and the stairs are noisy, so you can hear every movement in the building. Although, when everybody went to sleep, the house was quiet. There was only one blanket on the bed for two people, which is not my type

The communication with the host was easy and the self-check-in is really felxible. We got the informations on the day we arrived at 10 am, so it was up to us when we want to go to the room. The common places were well equiped and clean.

It would have been nice to have a tv in the room. Also a kettle to make tea rather than getting dressed and going down lots of stairs

Shared bathroom is a thing that divides people, i did not had any problems with it, but the doors where unable to lock and also the heater didn't work well, the water was hot but air temperature should be higher to avoid colds among guest. I suggest owners some small changes that would make a big diffrence in comfort of stay: - Fix the bathroom door lock and heater - Change the linen for longer, because not whole duvet was covered - We missed the second chair in room - Maybe the walls need a little refreshment

The room is really close to Underground station, The kitchen was very clean and cosy, it is very easy to reach the room, no key-seeking or unflexible check-in hours. Very good price-value ballance. I dont need much to happiness - if the bed, shower and tea kettle is all you need, this is a room for you

Information about lack of free parking facility or visitor parking permits should have been included in the information on the booking.com prior to booking this property (notwithstanding the fact that paid parking is available). The property has no staff on hand to deal with enquiry and there was no respond to a late night call.

One of the bathrooms did not have a lock on the door.

It is a good location close to the Plaistow station (Underground), and from this station, you can arrive at all principal tourist places in 30 minutes. We liked the self-check-in it's an easy way to enter the house and the room, and the room is clean.

The room was clean and the staff very kind. Easy and fast check-in and check-out. The underground for the center is few minutes walking.

The shower water was not hot enough and always changing between hot and cold. It was really difficult taking a confortable bath in 3 days in a row. Also the floors are really noisy and as we where in the first room we would always ear people in the stairs and in the room above us.

The location may not be in the center of London but with just 5 minutes walking to the metro station and 30 minutes in the tube you get there without any problems. We meet with the cleaner at the door and she was super nice to us. Both room and the house was very clean. The room was big, simple and confy. The house and the bedroom were always heated.

No heating in the bathroom, if you are not from the UK it can be challenging in winter months :). A small reading lamp could do beside the bed, but generally it's a good value for short stay

It is really easily can be reached from the city, good tube/bus connection. A simple and no-fuss place to stay a few nights if you stay in London. Clear and quick communication.

Not a dislike, but the stairs to the fifth bedroom were a little bit tight.

The location was excellent, having the underground so close and some local stores also close.

Wi-Fi didn't work (message said router needed rebooting). Possibly slightly overpriced (by £5-£10) compared with competition.

Clean, incredibly well located for the Plaistow tube stop. Spacious and a very pleasant stay. Super easy check-in.

The toilet seat is a bit sideways and the one of the electric plugs is dismantled. Both of them are working tho:)
