Beds are not comfortable but it is ok. When were arrived we made check in 4pm, room was not ready at 3pm(check in time) In our first room air condition was not working but they chance our room next day.

We had some problems but staff were very friendly and they solve our problems. All staff are great, hotel location is very good, breakfast is good.

Very good location, close to underground and bus stops. Breakfast was tasty, however, keep in mind that there are mostly sweet options. Our room was spotless, especially bathroom facilities. We did notice a slight noise from the passing trains but you really need to listen closely to hear it, it wasn't a problem for us, it didn't bother us at night. The staff was always there to welcome, help and advise us, very professional and nice people.

In a basement room, you can hear the underground through the walls. Didn’t bother me but might disturb other people.

It’s good value for money in London, but be aware that the no-window rooms lie underground and might feel a bit claustrophobic.

For some reason it was impossible to pay with a Mastercard through Booking.com, but after contacting the hotel directly they helped us solving the issue of paying. Missed a wardrobe in my room.

Nice and tidy hotel with excellent and very helpful personell. A good startingpoint to everything: shops, cafés, restaurants and sightseeing. It was easy to find a taxi on the street to take you around London and close proximity to Paddington Station made it easy to hop on the Express train to and from the airport .

Single members of staff showed some attitude (seemed annoyed or bemused); Room was a bit small, cushions were rather hard; Bathroom was a bit dusty, relatively small, could hear everything through bathroom door, which might be unpleasant or embarrassing;

Staff was generally nice, all members of staff were forthcoming and helpful; Room was quiet, beds were comfortable, room was clean; Toilet on ground floor is a live saver, as is the elevator when you're travelling with big luggage;

I wish we had a kettle in a room or a in lobby area to make some tea/coffee without paying 2 pounds for each cup of tea downstairs... The same goes for a microwave oven that would be a perfect appliance to consider in a lobby area.

The hotel is well located with the Hyde Park just a few min away. The room is clean and nice, renovated. The bed was comfy, the staff were friendly and helpful. We could leave the luggage after the check-out. there is a spacious area downstairs where you can have snacks.

The room was very small, I wouldn't stay more than 2 or 3 nights due to the size of the room. I was unable to open my suitcase without it blocking the bathroom door or the front door. The door of the room was badly fitted, so it was banging all night which effected our sleep. The shower head could also be improved. It would also be good if there was more than just 2 plug sockets on one side of the bed.

The location was perfect, close to Padding Station and Edgware Road Station. The staff were friendly, room was clean and the price was good for the location in London.

The room was quite small though I did expect that, but the bed was also smaller than I expected which was not comfortable enough.

The location was very good, walking distance to Paddington station. The service we got was always very good, they always tried to help in any way they could. This was a nice three star hotel which delivered mostly the expectations.

Although I can sleep in most circumstances some may find background room light from mirror and other subtle lighting disturbing and as room effectively basement, then was some noise/vibration from underground trains. Stopped/reduced 1 am ish and resumed 6 am ish I think, but not an issue for me one night.

Good location for purpose of visit. Staff really welcoming and helpful. Able to drop luggage early and pick up late on day of departure. Modern, smart, clean facilities - booked twin room no windows to suit a one night stay when just sleeping in room main purpose. Good price for that - though some nearby hotels did include breakfast for same or slightly less.

Room was a little on the small side, but we were only there for 1 night so was fine for our needs. Close to Paddington’s station. Breakfast was good, but a little confusing. Big queues of people waiting for seats. You have to order your tea / coffee at counter then get a tray to select your own items then find a seat. It was maybe a busy day but we had to stand around for a short while until someone left. Staff friendly and helpful and overall it was positive.

the breakfast was a little subpar. had some fruit, pastries and muesli. good for a sweet tooth but you wont get a hearty meal. might hear some shaking noises from the tube.

super clean and modern rooms. the double room was very spacious and had everything we needed. location was good and had a tesco across the street along with multiple restaurants. staff were all very pleasant
