The only downside was the bar. It was a lovely place to sit and chill but only offered a selection of canned drinks - a fairly wide selection but it would have been nice to have a more conventional offering ie a draught beer etc. Also outside of breakfast there was a charge for tea/coffee which was disappointing as there was no kettle in the room to make your own.

This hotel was great value for money - the room but compact but functional and clean. It had all the amenities required and worked well. Breakfast was also very good - whilst not a large selection, there were various options (cereal, fruit, yoghurts and pastries) all individually portioned which meant you could make quick choices. The small hot selection was fresh and tasty too. Overall a great way to keep a busy breakfast moving and the staff were great at keeping the buffet replenished and clearly tables quickly. I would not hesitate to stay here again if travelling for work.

I was travelling with my son and shared a twin room. The bathroom had a frosted glass door and a gap running down the side and so you could see the person in the toilet and coming out of the shower etc which was not ideal. You could also hear the person go to the toilet which was very close to the beds. I’d suggest a proper door for rooms such as twin rooms where it may not be a partner you are sharing with.

The location is perfect only a 5 minute walk from kingscross station. The hotel is lovely and clean and the beds were super comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was very small, no space to open the luggage, no hangers. The bed was incredibly small, the duvet was not made for two people. We couldn't fix the airco, and at night it was too fresh. The entrance to the shower is too small. The elevators are small: one person+one big luggage only could fit. All additional services, like early check-in or luggage deposit, are to be paid separately.

Personnel was friendly and responsive. It is well located, close to train/metro/bus stops.

The only bad aspect was the size of the room, which was REALLY small. I usually don't mind small hotel rooms, but that one was really really small.
