A few old pieces of furniture & a mattress in the garden, would look nicer without them there.

Room was well presented, clean & comfortable. The bathroom was luxurious, huge shower & jacuzzi bath. The kitchen had everything we needed & more! Lovely garden. The staff were very friendly & helpful & kept everything spotless. Will be coming again & have told friends in Germany to stay there too.

it was a little dusty in places and the room was very cold on arrival as the window had been left open. Also the shower overflowed into the bathroom, so drainage could be improved.

Very good value for money with a huge room and comfy bed. On a quiet road so slept very well. Nice touch to have tea and coffee in the room.

No room to cook as we wanted to cook our selves The shower didn’t work right People checking late in the morning whilst people living there.

It was too hot in the bedroom and the window did not open very far. The mattress was very bouncy so one could feel every slight movement of one's partner, not that great for a good nights sleep.

The bathroom facilities were very good and the kitchen well appointed, though there did not seem to be any knives for eating with.

The mattress was adequate. Too soft for my wife and I. (that's a personal preference). Couldn't get the telly to work. A little bit of tic needed with the decoration (entry to kitchen area and doors jamming to room 1 and the bathroom) Where were all the forks in the kitchen drawers!

A shared property in a quiet residential street. The location was excellent for our purposes. The facilities were good. The fixtures and fittings are very good and the jacuzzi bath was a pleasant surprise. Good communication with the proprietors and easy access.

The bed could do with a new mattress otherwise a great place to stay for the one night.

Booking was easy and it was good value for money. The bedroom and shared bathroom were homely and clean. Brand new bathroom suite with jacuzzi bath. Communicatuons with the vendor was straightforward and the key safe entry into the house was easy to use too.

Easy to locate away from the high st noise so your able to get a good nights sleep & all inclusive media great bang for your buck if you don’t mind using a shared bathroom which wasn’t an inconvenience

Thin walls...could hear the neighbour snore. Only 1 bathroom and no schedule for booking the jacuzzi; if someone would use it there would be no other option for a toilet for the other rooms. You offered access to a bicycle on the website, but even though you confirmed one for me the owner said they have never had any bicycles....

The headboard of the bed was loose and made noise whenever getting in and out. The bedroom door seems to have warped and is difficult to open.

The room was clean and although the facilities were shared, the stylish and modern bathroom was always in an exceptionally clean condition. The location was convenient for me and the room felt very secure. The aesthetic of the room was pleasant and there is a lot of storage for clothes and personal items. The room was very clean upon arrival and the bed was fairly comfortable.

1) was told it was a private bathroom but it wasn’t, it was a shared bathroom. Same applies to the kitchen 2) arrived to dirty bed and dirty towels 3) in the living room there was a big bag of dirty bed sheets 4) the garden to sit in was littered with an old mattress and an overflowing bin

this place was not for me, very poor standard smells of damp its like a dirty bedsit sharing with strangers done some clever photography to make it look a lot better that it actually is.

4 pm check in and 10 am check out, i think is unfair but you did have the option to pay £10 per hour but we felt this was pricey. Also only one bathroom for 3 rooms.

The property is located central to everything you need by car. The property is in good condition and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook. bathroom was lovely when we arrived at 5 pm another couple used the jacuzzi and left it dirty so we were unable to use it :( Otherwise big bathroom and room was nice, bed mattress type is hard spring type but adequate for our stay. They provided tea and coffee which was appreciated. Parking was easy to find outside the property Very fast communication with host when we needed them.
