Wonderful quiet and peaceful property. Beautifully decorated and warm. Everything was first rate and we thought it was very kind that the owner left us fresh farm produce for our breakfast. The house is wonderfully decorated and the farm is delightful. We hope to be back soon. Thank you.

The property is very well located - close to Tenterden, but far away enough to feel truly rural (it is a working farm). There is a lot space and the house is well appointed.

This was our third visit to Potts Farm. It is in a lovely location and is a very comfortable property. There is plenty to do within the vicinity, including walking on the surrounding land, and Tenterden town has plenty of interesting shops and good cafes. Our hosts Kate and Stephen were on hand to greet us and were very helpful and friendly. All in all, an excellent break.

Nothing comes to mind, overall it was absolutely excellent. It would have been handy to have more tea towels and a roll of kitchen paper.

The cottage had a very suitable layout for a couple and was very well appointed. It was in a very peaceful location with an enjoyable outlook over a working farm and over a picturesque garden. The location was a perfect to explore both Kent and East Sussex. The owners, Kate and Stephen, were very welcoming but at the same time respected our privacy.

This is one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed. It’s nestled next to a beautiful Oast house so has lovely views, it’s decorated with lots of interesting artwork and has a feeling of real luxury with its huge bath and giant bed. The host is also very nice, she came and met us on arrival and when we left. She also left bacon eggs and milk in the fridge which were a special touch. It’s on a farm which we were able to walk out into a secluded forest and pond, whilst we didn’t have time to do any more than that the walking in the area looked fairly extensive. It’s also a short drive into tenterden and (importantly for us) a short taxi to chapel down vineyard. Overall I just had a great weekend here with my partner having some quality time together.

Nothing was wrong. It was a perfect time away.

We had a lovely stay for couple of nights in this well equipped cottage with excellent facilities. Parking on site and wonderful country walks on the doorstep. Lovely hosts and their farm animals.

The barn was beautiful and extremely comfortable. Everything we needed was there. The location was great; a short drive or 20 min walk into Tenterden, but very peaceful. I would return in a heartbeat.

Lovely welcome from owners. Pretty location. Milk,bacon and eggs gift on arrival. Big fridge and freezer . Spacious bathroom and bedroom. Helpful advice about beaches and countryside .This was our second visit to the property and another happy stay. Would rebook.

The sofa! It was not comfortable. Even with only two people the design of the sofa does not accommodate both well.

The property is so very modern with the latest technology oven Tv and lights 😂 hidden fridge even .. which I think is marvellous however perhaps some little posted notes to help people to be able to use this equipment.

I booked this for my parents birthday they said it had a wonderful setting beautifully peaceful so much wild life. Such a Comfortable bed. They had a lovely time.
