The bathroom needed more storage or a rack to put your cosmetics bags on etc and one more set of towels would have been nice.

There were a few minor things that could be improved. The hot tap in the bathroom was broken/hanging off, which meant it couldn't be used. The listing stated it had a coffee machine, but there wasn't one in the kitchen, although there were coffee making facilities this needs to be made clear. There was a lot of noise from a neighbouring flat late into the night, although it was hard to hear this from the bedroom and we did sleep well.

Communication was clear, and constant regarding location, key pick up etc. The apartment was functional and had most of the items listed on the booking. The beds were comfortable and the shower was fine. Location wise, it was perfect - very close to the city Centre and perfect for many of the venues on this side of the city. Getting in and out of the building was simple and easy.

The apartment was slightly too warm (I know we are having an Indian Summer though), and I couldn't find any cooling (other than opening the windows - but that was a little noisy - even late at night).

Because of the location, it means also next to many bars and pubs. There are noises around midnight. We were there on Saturday and at 2nd floor, can hear loud music and people shouting.

The flat is right next to Chinatown and Bullring, very easy to walk around for food and shopping. Flat itself is well equipped.

The location is outstanding as it is right in the centre of the Birmingham Bull Ring and a 10-minute walk to the train station.

Lack of Parking, but secure car park nearby, so only a minor point.

Easy to deal with the hotel either on the phone or at the front desk. Location is amazing with literally massive choices of restaurants within 5 mins of the hotel. A hidden gem in the heart of Birmingham. Thank you to Svitlana for a great job on the front desk.

Would prefer a recycling facility to put our glass, plastic and tin recyclables. Landfill rubbish is a problem in U.K. and more attempts to encourage guests to be more responsible for their litter disposal in the form of better green habits? We struggled to use a tiny fry pan to cook for two. Perhaps a bigger one could be provided? The rest of the equipment was basic but adequate.

Ideal location for accessing the Station, the city centre and restaurants. We cooked our meals in the kitchen area and were pleased to have the living room area with a television. Liked the efforts made by the company to achieve green standards by encouraging the guests not to use energy unnecessarily.

Payment was a faff - got a text saying “pay in 2 hours or lose your room”. Rather than just paying at hotel on arrival (which is what the website said). The link looked dodgy. I paid and then on arrival was passed a card machine and asked to pay - nearly double charged!

there was no one at reception when i arrived for check in. I didn’t receive any self check in process before reaching the hotel. I had to find a number and call on that to get the keys which was a bit time consuming process.

The fire door outside our room -217- banged shut each time it was used which sent noise through our apartment.

The room smelled musty and the kitchen chairs were all stained. The communal hallway was full of flies. Noticed more coming out of room opposite mine when they opened their door.
