Students banging on doors in early mornings

There was some confusions on the day before I arrived as I had originally been told I could arrive after clock in time, had to insist a bit to get help but got there in the end. Bathroom sink was blocked.

Room was small but more than enough for one person using the room just to sleep. Bed is really comfy! Quiet enough despite being a student place. Out of hours contact very quick at responding. Lovely place overall with amazing location!

The bathroom extractor fan couldn't be turned off and continuously made noise. This was really annoying, plus it disturbed my sleep..

Shower was a little dirty with some hairs. But other than that everything was clean and neat!

I really liked how quiet and spacious the room was. Really helpful and nice staff (they held my bags after checkout for a couple hours before my flight). Also a really convenient location.

I missed having some basics, like a toilet brush & a bin for the room/bathroom

Shower drain was clogged up, couldn't take a shower for a reasonable amount of time, otherwise the floor would have flooded.

The drain on my shower was blocked to the extent that it nearly flooded the bathroom after a few minutes use. Shower itself was powerful/warm enough. No bin or tumbler in the room, no hangers in wardrobe. My room was on the ground floor and you could hear occasional water running on the floor above which was a bit disconcerting - if it was in my house I'd have been running upstairs to check the basin hadn't overflowed! Also noise from other waste pipes coming down the inside of the wall from above. Keycard was awkward to use on the external door. At £90/night room only it wasn't the best value for the facilities provided.

Had to follow instructions on keypad to call a number for reception on the door keypad to get in. Once in though, key was ready with out of hours contact number if there were any problems. But limited check-in times and limited manned reception might be an issue for some. Room and communal areas appeared to be acceptably clean. Bed was comfy and had a good night's sleep. Location is just north of the city centre in a relatively quiet area. Europa bus station is about a 15-minute walk.

The kitchen don’t have many things to cook. Not good. And the clining room was deficient.

There's no handwash in the toilet and kitchen,there is always hot chocolate run out in the coffee machine in the ground floor

No hairdryer (I was told the room had, but my room didn’t ) No tv No small fridge However this perhaps is reflected in price and does have communal kitchen

There was no trash bin in the room I stayed Room was relatively cold I had issue with my key card so on second day I had to go to reception and check if its working But the staff were very supportive

I hate to write this, but the accomadation was let down by such small things. *Pillows were thin and poor quality. *No bin in the room. *Wardrobe, but NO hangers. *No cup or glass in the room. *Blind was badly fit and let in light.(just needs to be moved over about an inch.

Most of the time there is nobody at reception and no number to call, room hadn’t been cleaned when I checked in and they had to give me another one…

The bed sheets and duvet cover clearly had not been changed when I arrived, lots of hairs and fluff and skin from the previous guest, When I pulled the duvet out from between the mattress and the wall there was some very disgusting looking dirt particles attached to the duvet. Also the fan in the bathroom was permanently on and very loud and rattled during the night.

The amenities were good, and the location was good, the rooms and kitchen had everything one would need

The cleaners barely made a trip to the floor I was staying on and did not clean the ensuite area regularly, there seemed to be a lot of residue from previous guests in the ensuite despite cleaning up after oneself. The mix of student and travelers and lack of consistent cleanliness would deter me from going back.

The courteous staff who helped with luggage at the check in stage and there was a very nice British aft who was also very hospitable.

The property should provide a bin in the room for the garbage disposal.

The room was missing little amenities like bins, coat hangers and hairdryers, which I feel are useful for somewhere people are staying short term.

Staff were really helpful and friendly! The room is really nice and only a 10min walk from the centre!

short working hours of reception (problem for everybody who is able to arrive there after 19:00), noisy electric ventilator in bathroom worked the whole time (!)

Room & facilities clean and cozy. good location. fantastic kitchen/living/washing facilities, as it is shared only between a few apartments so I usually got the place to myself.

Other people had left the kitchen dirty with rubbish and food scraps left on the benchtop. The range hoods above the cooking plates were not connected so cooking options were limited due to the possibility of setting off the fire alarm. The rubbish room was filthy and unpleasant to use. My access card did not work on the external door sometimes so I was locked out late at night until another guest arrived.

Light airy clean room with a fab view of the city and all the facilities you would expect in student accommodation. The paid Wi-Fi service was complimentary for the period of my stay, and fast and reliable. Great location and easy to walk to nightlife and shops and the city centre.

The area felt a little unsafe at the start, but this improved once we familiarised ourselves with the surrounding and we could not get into the property to check in. The room was not clean when we arrived.

Self contained and close to the Cathedral Quarter and Belfast Centre. Laundry and kitchen and dishwasher available for use.

Really feels like a student dorm! Not enough amenities for short stay traveller’s: no air dryer, no hangers in the wardrobe, no garbage can in the room…so on and so forth. The common areas (shared kitchen and lobby downstairs) were not cleaned by previous tenants, who left boxes and dirty dishes, and no cleaning staff attended to it over my 4 days stay… this can be overlooked (to a certain extent) for a budget accommodation, but for 170 euros a night, it is inacceptable. I feel like this place should not try to pass for a hotel if they are not willing to offer a better package to host short stay travelers. However, for a dorm (with cleaner flattâtes!), it seems great.

The place was clean and the bed comfortable, the common areas were nicely decorated. Internet worked well. The staff was nice, welcoming and helpful.
