Not fit for business trip Place had a system problem so didn't receive my booking. Spent 3 hours back and forth to get it sorted then the lady wanted me to send a selfie with my ID! Reception doesn't answer a buzz and waited ages to be let in to check in. Reception girl said I'm not booked then found out I'm booked but they left me keys in a locker which I didn't have a code for as theyveidnt send one then decided to finally cut another key ! Had to go up and down 3 times to reset the room key to work. Same thing next day No towels provided next day

Price Emergency phone holder was responsive.

There was very limited cutlery and crockery in the communal kitchens. Our group of 10 people ended up sharing cups and plates. Didn't see any glasses at all. The pre-check-in process was a bit confusing for a group of 10 people as each person had to check-in individually. Having struggled through this I was quite worried about how the physical check-in might go but that was actually very smooth.

Fantastic location and the rooms and public areas were all great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the free coffee machine in the reception area.

The room was dirty. It had stained towels in the shower. There are no staff to speak to. They make me miss my friends who were leaving because I couldn't have a shower because the staff didn't arrive until 10am! The bathroom fan was running 24/7 so I couldn't sleep and the dran was beside the bed so I could here everyone going to the toilet all night.

It wasn't to far to walk to places.

First experience counts & mine was disgusting. Upon check-in I walked into an unmade room, with dirty bed linen, towels & rubbish across the room, including empty wine bottles. No reception means you need to call a number where you are on hold for 10-15mins as they try to get hold of someone. After 2 unsuccessful attempts to do so, I was told to either go find another hotel (at 9.45pm during a long weekend) or essentially suck it up! After 10pm I was offered another room by someone who was obviously a student in the building but ‘working’ for them, which while made-up, had a nauseating smell & gnats, which wasn’t helped by the fact bins aren’t provided so your rubbish stays in the room. I’m STILL waiting for a manager to contact me & I’m STILL waiting for my compensation for the terrible experience and time it took to rectify.

Was not at all like advertised. Photos show lovely furnished rooms, colourful decor etc. what you get is a bare room with nothing as it is a student dorm. My room was not cleaned, dirty towels and linen on floor, small empty box room. Was put in another room.

Poor communication when booking, emails and phone calls are not returned. Made me anxious on my way over. Rooms not the warm ones as advertised- white, not inviting. Shared kitchen didn't have equipment to cook. Mouldy, sour bread and milk in the fridge, over a month out of date. Obviously not cleaned. Stagnant water and rubbish on the balcony outside the room. Shared kitchen area downstairs no equipment. No knife to cut my avocado, no plates, no cups etc Asked reception for some toilet roll, non in the loo, she ignored my request. I had to go over again to ask, she had put the roll on a chair, expecting me to replenish it. This accomodation offer needs to reflect that if it's offered out to non students for revenue then the customer is expecting what's advertised. It wasn't cheap at £139 for the night.

not a pleasant experience， just a very basic student accommodation. feel like being cheated. 89.68 pounds for a night is just not worth it. When i reserved the room， it was not this much. Somehow cleaning and tax pops up later，then round up to almost 90. To not lose the reservation fee and save myself trouble， I decide to just check in. Somehow no check in procedure is sent to me but a check out is sent out before I checked in. A student helps me to get in and no reception service. Through message，it says toothbrush is included， but when i make the phone call， ｉam told toothbrush is not included… many basic things are not included… no cup， no slippers. There is a kitchen but utensils cannot be used as they are students‘… it is better to choose a guesthouse than this.

i had a very noisy neighbour on the last day who was having a quarrel with her boyfriend !! Wish my room was cleaned everyday ;)

i was met by Carly when I arrived and she was super sweet! I went straight to the Titanic and she printed a map out for me so I wouldn't get lost. And she took my luggage into my room. Before I left, she gave me the number to ring in case I got back late and had questions or lost !! The location is central and I was able to walk almost everywhere I wanted to visit.

There is a kitchen but not have any spear things to use it. Was not able to have anything but pot noodle. Also need a cup of your own for the coffee machine in reception.

The shower didn't work properly. I couldn't have a nice hot shower, just slightly warm. Floor in reception was so dirty that my shoes were sticking and making noise when I started walking. Bedroom and bathroom floor full of long dark hair. No bin in the bathroom or bedroom. Kitchen, rubbish bin was overloaded since I arrived and the rubbish was there when I was leaving.

Everything really, even though its not really a hotel, its a great place to stay in Belfast. The room was great, the location was excellent, walking distance to everywhere i wanted to see .The staff were fantastic..Especially the fella who's got the South African & Northern Irish combination accent.He gave me great advice on the best pubs , restaurants & how to navigate the city .I would highly recommend staying here & if i came back to Belfast i wouldn't hesitate to book this accommodation again

This is not really a hotel, rather a student place. The wardrobe has no hangers, the furniture is very basic. My room was very cold when I arrived (it was snowing outside) and the only heating was provided by a small electrical heater that I had to turn on manually and that automatically switched off after a while. The ventilator in the bathroom is always on and it is very noisy; when I asked the reception whether they could do something about it, they replied that it was a structural problem of the building and that there was nothing to be done. Although in principle somebody should be at the reception as from 8am, when I left my room at 9am nobody was around. When I called the telephone number to check if I could leave my luggage in the storage room, they answered that they could only come to the hotel at 9.30. Since I had an appointment and could not wait for 30 minutes, I had to take my luggage with me. All this for 183€ for one night. I would definitively not recommend this place for a stay in Belfast.

There was a noisy electric ventilator working the whole time and it never turned off. Unfortunately it didn't allow to sleep properly A part from that there weren't neither hangers in the armchair nor small bins
