The caravan looked like it had been cleaned however, the place needed dusting and upon arrival due to my daughter and partner having asthma we had to dust everywhere even the celling as you could see dust and cobwebs everywhere... besides that its a well looked after holiday home with so much to do in local surrounding areas or in the park

Wonderful little stay, perfectly located close to the beach entrance, neighbour was having a party but could not hear from inside caravan, everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the stay, would definitely recommend doing more than 1 night. Patios was big enough to have dinners/ BBQs outside, daughter especially loved it as she could run in and out and all around

Ants in caravan,poor entertainment,staff were rude,and not helpful,activitys for under five not good ,only one small park, Early wake ups from bin men and lawn mower

The caravan was so dirty, loved the site, it was our first time on site. Caravan put my off coming back or even recommending.

it wasn’t for us we had a new born baby, and there was ants all over place, there wasn’t any room for the baby, bed so i had to sleep on the couch, which was extremely uncomfortable, for £350 for nights, i found it was extremely expensive for the caravan we was in, we could of stayed in the Hilton hotel for 2 nights for that price, but because we had a new born baby, we will not be staying here again, as we left satday morning, and our little break was spoiled with trying to make our new born a bottle, and finding ants in our sterilising machine and all over the bottle, wife had enough by then and said we was leaving,

Ideal for a family break. Beach walks and relaxing evenings. Host was great and the caravan hd everything we needed.

The caravan had not been cleaned properly before we checked in. There were pan stains in the toilets, toothpaste splashes on the taps, bits in the sinks, crumbs on the surfaces, food in the cupboards, food in the freezer, random hair grips lying around, chair on the table, random parts from board games under the twin beds, dirty cups in the cupboard. I contacted the owner to advise her that the cleaning was unacceptable as she needs to be aware of what she is paying the cleaner for. I started to clean one of the bathrooms when the owner's mum arrived. She offered to clean the property again whilst I took the kids for a walk. I'd rather have done it myself but she insisted. When we got back, the caravan was slightly cleaner but I kept finding coco pops everywhere, the other toilet still hadnt been cleaned and the hair grips were still lying around. Also, I wiped the dressing table and the filth that came off was disgusting. There was a sequin on the coffee table too!! So I cleaned the caravan, but I had to stop because the place just needs a good deep clean. It's also fine to have ornaments, but they were dusty. It just doesn't seem to be cared for very well which is a shame because it's a lovely caravan. At £150 per night, it's expensive and I expected better. Oh and the hall light didn't work, but by that point I was beyond caring.

It was too noisy with late night drinkers, also there was thousands of wasps which meant we couldn't sit outside the caravan as there was a nest near by

There's loads of activities for the kids,the restaurant had nice food and it was close to the beach
