There was nothing wrong with the place.

Hidden gem between St Ives and Penzance, the accommodation was excellent comfy bed. Kay, the host is lovely a nice touch was afternoon tea we found in our room on our return. The breakfast is continental and quite sufficient. It is about 10 minutes from both places, we had a great meal at the Coldstreamer Pub about 5 minutes away. Great quite area. If you stay here read the books in the window they are a great read about Cornwall.Thank you.

Really nicely decorated modern room and en suite with everything we needed. Very comfortable bed, plenty of space and storage. I really liked the arrangement for breakfast - everything for a continental breakfast provided along with toaster and microwave. Scones and clotted cream was a lovely touch on day 2

Excellent breakfast supplied in the room . Good quality ingredients. Very comfy bed. Great modern bathroom and huge shower. Very welcoming and helpful owner. Left us clotted cream , jam a scones on our second day . Location was perfect to explore the area being halfway between the north and south coasts. It is not far to either. We enjoyed walking the coastal path in the south . Amazing !

Nothing wrong with Primrose cottage at all. It is a little remote from the "action" and some of the narrow roads to get there were a little challenging. However we were unlucky at the time of our stay because there were roadworks and detours going on. Even though there were no views, it was still a convenient place to stay between Lands End and St. Ives and we chose it for that reason

Breakfast was continental type, self-help in your room. We were happy with this because a cooked breakfast every morning at a set time can be limiting in terms of getting away early - also not good for weight gain :-) Very modern with comfortable bed and value for money.

The Netflix app didn’t work on the tv and the hdmi socket wasn’t very accessible to attach my laptop as an alternative - no major issues by any stretch but hopefully good feedback :)

The host went above and beyond with communication, leaving a beautiful display of breakfast, stacked the fridge with goodies and made a beautiful space for two people to be very comfortable in. She also has a TV in the room equipped with Netflix if you are wanting to relax before sleeping. I would definitely recommend staying at Primrose House.

Exceptionally clean, lovely selection of cereals and fresh pastries for breakfast, well appointed bathroom and crisp cotton sheets on the comfortable bed. Large TV microwave, fridge and kettle with a choice of teas and coffee with fresh milk provided Property has a ratting of 9.5 should be a 10 fantastic value for money

Breakfast was good we had orange juice and fresh milk from Trink Farm, lovely! Gluten free bread would be a good addition. Location was good as it was out of the way from the main road. I grew up in St. Ives so I know the area well.
