The free private parking is a small alley alongside the pub door and just off the main road. Shared with the other residents so we had to make sure we weren’t blocked in by other cars. We had no issue during our stay though. The external door is really hard to open. We were given clear instructions but one of our party would never have managed the door so we needed to go down and let them in whenever they were out alone.

Lovely, clean, bright property. Beds really comfortable and shower powerful. Located above a pub but we weren’t bothered by noise (we’re from Scotland so used to pubs being open later than 11pm). Central location for ease of visiting family locally, with a Sainsburys and Aldi very close for getting supplies.

Out of the centre of Liverpool but this is a good compromise for the price and there are regular bus routes immediately at hand.

Very clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and equipped apartment. Close to bus stops for travel into Liverpool centre. Staff very friendly and willing to assist. Parking immediately outside. Pub below but didn't even hear it!

There is parking but it's limited. The location was above a pub but there was no noise once you were in the apartment.

The apartment was very modern, clean and had everything you need. A place like home. The host was very helpful. The beds were super comfy. And everything was of a high standard.

Host made sure everything was perfect and kept great communication up until arrival to ensure everything was catered for and we were comfortable. Pub downstairs was great and the apartment is gorgeous. Really comfy beds too!

We had a phone call on the morning of our stay from Anne to confirm it was ready for us and we were so excited. I was travelling with my autistic 10 year old son alone for work. When we arrived at the apartment the key was not in the lock box, Anne gave us the spare but on entering it was already occupied apparently an issue meant it was double booked. I was absolutely terrified in the dark with my son who was already not coping with the change. In a city we aren't familiar with either. Anne came out to us and she did find alternative accommodation in her B&B for the night but it wasn't what we booked. We booked the apartment for privacy and ended up with a shared bathroom which caused issues for my 10 year old. After the upset neither of us really slept and it did ruin our time in Liverpool and I was happy to get home. Anne however is a really lovely kind person she could see how upset I was coming out even with being unwell. She even showed me that my booking was there ...yet I didn't get to stay in the apartment. I have requested a refund and after being told it was unlikely I am awaiting reply and help from bookings.com 🤞

The outside wasn't somewhere I would want to stay and the private parking was in my opinion Not secure and not what I would call private

This is very hard to mark the inside of the property as once we arrived the outside of the property and the poor state of the area was not somewhere I would want to stay So I decided to find somewhere else So the inside may well have been nice but never looked

The bathroom smelled quite damp, there were no toiletries provided and the door was difficult to shut/lock. The parking was unsatisfactory as it was right outside a busy pub and people were leaning up against the car etc so we ended up paying to park about a mile away which was an added expense and annoyance.

The bedrooms were lovely and the tea and coffee supplied was nice. communication with the owner was great and access to the property was easy.
