Bathroom was very functional if a little tired, decor wise.

The beds were excellent and they accommodated us at very short notice and even gave us the option to upgrade one of the bedrooms to ensuite, which we took.

Despite being a bit further away from the centre than I would have hoped, this property is great value for money and Paul was a lovely host. With the private bathroom it almost felt like I was staying alone. Would highly recommend :)

Nothing - everything was amazing! If we could give any recommendations we’d say maybe have a spare pillow in the wardrobe as we usually sleep with 2 each, however the pillows that were on the bed were nice and plump so they did a good enough job. I’d just like to add to this that there probably are more pillows available if you ask! We were out early and back late and really didn’t need extras so we didn’t ask😊

What’s not to like?! We had the room with the en-suite and it was perfect! Absolutely everything that you would need is available, even down to an iron, ironing board, a fan (which was much appreciated), a large TV with Netflix, Disney Plus and more available. Lovely comfortable bed, black out curtains, hand soap, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, complimentary bottles of water, tea, coffee, cups and small kettle. One of the other huge bonuses was 3 extension cords meant there were 8 spare plug sockets! The shower was great, plenty of space, stays at a stable temperature which is unusual, and lovely and powerful. It was also super quiet, we didn’t hear a sound. We will most definitely visit again. A huge thank you for a wonderful visit

The single room was very small, but I knew that when I booked it. Not a lot of parking, but once my car was there I didn't need to move it again. It was further out of the city than I really wanted to be but very cheap bus fares sorted that out.

Paul (the host) was excellent and couldn't do enough for me. He was a great help with regard to bus services, getting laundry done etc. The facilities themselves were quite new and very clean and it is in a very quiet area. The check in and check out times were very relaxed and he worked hard to fit in with my requirements.

Nice and clean place to stay , located in a house situated in a block of family houses. Very friendly Host Paul. Quit environment. Public Transport , bus 15,16,17 , brings you to Nottingham City Center in 20 minutes. Bus stop in walking distance from room. ( 200 meter )

The place is exactly like the pictures. Absolutely clean and all amenities you can need. Quiet area but well connected with city centre by many bus lines. The host lives in the house, so don't have to wait for the keys.

our stay at Murray Rd was very good was like having a complete house to ourselves. we had use of lounge kitchen great to be able to park right outside the front door was only 3 miles from Nottingham and so easy to get too city centre we were made very welcomed and he was so helpful showing us around all the amenities. explained wear bus stops are etc would give it 9 out of 10 and would stay there again

extremely clean, very modern had a really nice comfortable bed. I loved the water fountain shower nice that the bathroom also had shampoo and conditioner if you had forgotten.

The staff were friendly. Based in a quiet location. Staff were waiting at the door with the keys. The room was nice and spacious with separate bathroom. There was access to cooking facilities downstairs. I will definitely recommend this

Paul was very welcoming. Lovely and clean full run of the house. Plenty of hot water and reasonable internet. Very quiet area and only 5 minute walk to local co op.
