Great property in a great location for Darlington town centre and railway station. This is our second stay at the house and we were again impressed with the communication, cleanliness and facilities in the house. We really appreciate the secure off-road parking when we spent the week trekking around on foot.

The only thing that I had an issue with was the double bed. I'm used to a king size. Once we were asleep, everything was fine. Very comfortable beds, albeit a little on the small side for me personally.

Very easy to find. The property owner messages you the key code number on the day you arrive. House is clean and tidy. Plenty of towels. Fresh bedding and the pillows are lovely. Liquid hand soap bottles on sink and a shower gel, shampoo and conditioner dispenser in the shower. Comes in handy if you forget to bring your own. Washing machine, iron and ironing board and a clothes airer. WiFi Parking is good but if there's no space in the little parking area, you have the option to park in the rear garden. For me personally, I find renting a property so much better than a hotel room.

There is nothing to dislike about the property

Everything me and my husband love about the property it was definitely a homely place we throughly enjoyed every moment hence why we extended one more day. The property was perfect,beautiful,comfortable and very big.

Weekend stay visiting family was Ideal Plenty space for us to chill at night. Excellent location for town and train station 10 min walk. Excellent facilities had everything we needed was clean and comfortable. Communication was great Will definitely keep in mind for next visit

Nothing negative to say at all! Loved everything! Only thing I would suggest is maybe a broom for the kitchen tiles as much easier to collect all the dirt. The beds were so comfy, however if they were wider they would have been the comfiest beds! I am heavily pregnant though so sharing any bed with my husband is becoming a struggle haha!

The property was fantastic! Perfect for out little family trip! Loved that there was tea and coffee readily available, as well as shampoo, shower gel and conditioner. The beds were so comfortable and having lamps in all the comfy rooms were a nice touch to feel cosy. Really handy having the heating easy to use in the cold weather too!

Small things like the bottom of the toaster where all the crumbs were had not been cleaned between guests which was small but made you consider overall cleanliness.

The fact that there were no curtains only blinds. It was light around 4.30 am so that's when we woke. I think there should be curtains in the bedrooms at least. There was some black mould in the shower that needs bleaching and also on the shower wall. This did come off when I rubbed it with a cloth.

We liked that we could park securely on the back. The kitchen was lovely and had lots extras like tea and coffee. The beds were very comfy and my teenager commented that he didn't want to get up because he was so comfy.

The bathroom did not have a lock. We were a family of 4, and we only had 2 toilet rolls and a limited amount of kitchen roll.

Very clean and homely, the parking facilities were good. The kitchen was fully equipped.
