The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. Affordable price, excellent location! Quite smooth reservation process (we checked-in around 11am-ish), very friendly service at the desk, clean & large room for two. Room compliments are superb. We would definitely stay there again.

The single bed

We would like to be able to see through the windows. They were all frosted much of the way up. Expensive but a good apartment.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Apartment was spacious & spotlessly clean. We felt very safe there. Kitchen was perfectly adequate for cooking when we wished to. Restaurants & food shops conveniently near. Sound proofing was amazing - when inside we could not tell we were in the centre of a city. Air conditioning works well. Taxi close by.

The bedding felt wonderfully crisp and clean but the pillows were a bit thick and firm for our liking.

Lovely quiet apartment with everything we needed for a romantic get away. Apartment was exceptionally clean and a wonderful shower in the bathroom. Kitchen was so well equipped for a long weekend stay and the seating area with TV was an added bonus.

It would have been good if it was pointed out I could get a comp newspaper. Did not realise until last day.

A minor thing, but it would have been nice to have a slip mat in the bath, as the shower was in the bath & the bath was quite deep, so it could be quite dangerous if you weren't careful.

Location was excellent - close to everything that Brighton has to offer. Everything looked fairly new - ie, the appliances, etc.

I understand this hotel is eco friendly and supports that cause which I completely agree with however when in bed and watching television the screen would go dark and as a glasses wearer it was already hard to see but with the brightness dimmed this made it worse for me.

Clean, modern and everything you could need in one place. It was also our anniversary and we were welcomed to such a lovely display on the bed. Above and beyond!

Close to everything and in the centre. 10 minutes walk from the station. Lovely staff on 24 hour reception desk. Very nice rooms. Very comfortable and very clean. Biscuits and milk a welcome touch. Wonderful place to stay!

Room got a little hot at night and you cannot watch television in bed. The glass partition at the end of the bed should be a normal wall with a TV on it, could also be a little dangerous if someone was to fall in to it

Not the fault of the hotel but a lot of loud construction on the road in front of the hotel, starting at early hours and going through the day.

I might have missed it in the fine print, but there was a 200 Pounds deposit upon arrival, however, they transferred that back the same day I checked out. My room was facing a park, which was a little odd that homeless people could see in unless I use the automatic blinds, but that did the trick. The only other thing I could mention, there was no sponge to wash my cup during my stay, but I only had one coffee while I was there.

My room was equipped with everything from the kitchen to the bathroom. The room has soap, shampoo, even coffee for the espresso machine with milk and sugar. The location is brilliant, a close couple of minutes to the city center mall and about 5 minutes walk to the beach, however, there are multiple local taxis at the front of the hotel if you don't want to walk.
