The WiFi connectivity was non-existent in my room which resulted in me sitting on the floor in the corridor to do the work I needed to do. Although I did mention this to the staff and I was assured something would be done about it nothing was and I was not offered an alternative room.

Not very well signed throughout. Bit like a maze if you take a wrong turn.

The location was excellent for our walk. Able to park early and before checking in. Staff were very friendly and hotel clean throughout.

Unfortunately the WiFi didn't work in my room and there was no Aircon and the room was very hot, thankfully a fan was provided to help cool me/room down a bit

Noisy - there was a tap with rushing water dispensing every time a shower was used right outside the window. But the price was right and breakfast good so that was a minor niggle and I would stay again.

The position of our room meant we heard people making a lot of noise withing what seemed to be a court yard area outside our window. Usually I could accept this kind of noise, but it went on until way past 1pm in the morning. The next day, after lack of sleep I had to drive for 6 hours. This was very disappointing.

Rooms are a little tired but what we expected.

Nice property and central to the Snowdon rail. Nice breakfast. When we checked in we were given a twin room, we then advised we would prefer a double, next day bed was set up as double, thank you. A few restaurants to choose from for a nice evening meal.

Single room was very very small but it was comfy and functional. And all I needed.

Twin room was great. Next night had a single room. Very small but great they have so many single rooms for walkers/hikers travelling alone. No single occupancy supplement.

The bathroom tap in my room was loose and the decor is a little tired.

The quality and quantity of food was excellent, the staff were professional and attentive and tried hard to be fair and give good customer service.

The mattresses were quite firm, which was a bit hard on the body after a long day hiking, but overall okay.

Great location and value for your money. We were placed in the main building and had a lovely quiet room on the third floor. The breakfast has many great options and the views in the morning were stunning.

The room didn't have a view, door was very heavily sprung and the signage to navigate a bit miss matched. Toilet very low and close to wall.

Hotel seemed a little tired, and needs some updating . Doesnt look like its been painted for many years. Wifi was so slow who couldnt use it. Our room was next to the staff doors, and it was a little noisy. Checked in and a member of staff was jet washing containers right outside our window. Not ideal, but what can you do about it.

Great reception greeting, staff pleasant and attentive. No fuss check in.... Breakfast had good choices, and lots of tables available, even though they were very busy.
