Need to work on the bathroom piping, after taking a shower it started to flood a bit which have to wait for couple of minutes to avoid making the floor wet.

Nice location with view just opposite the castle.

    Very little to dislike.

I travelled to Belfast by ferry and then took a bus to the city. This hotel was near the bus stop from the ferry. I arrived before check-in time and they let me leave my luggage for free [I have noted that some properties listed on booking. com now charge people for leaving their luggage - not this one.] The room was clean and comfortable and the bed was a double. This hotel was at one point some kind of student accommodation, but this did not bother me. I did not eat in the hotel but took advantage of the fact that this hotel is near the main shopping streets and so I found somewhere to eat very easily. Did some shopping before going back to the hotel - forgot a few things and so was pleased to find a Tesco Express very near to the hotel. Belfast people must be some of the friendliest people in the world. I felt safe and comfortable. Would I stay again? Absolutely!

If you like a lot of privacy then this one might not be for you as the doors are paper thin and you can hear everything that happens in the hallway (and other peoples rooms when you are in the hallway). It didn't bother me that much to be honest but as a single traveller it can be a bit scary.

Very good location and comfy beds.

My internet did not work the evening I arrived. Okay the next morning after i asked for help. The breakfast all together in a kitchen around one table was acceptable but surprizing for a 4 star hotel. Lovely coffee machine and coffee but the food was bad quality, clearly identifiable as Tesco’s cheap range. Long lasting prefab croissants you would not expect from a 4 star hotel, not even from a 3 star. Breakfast ingredient quality needs to be improved. Location didn’t make me feel very safe the evening I arrived but it was walking distance from the airport bus the evening i arrived and to the ferry the next morning, so great. For the rest all great.

Very clever management ideas in place like code machine to get key, fuse booster switched heaters, etc. Staff was very available to immediately help

The breakfast in the morning was very basic. Ours was free with our level on Booking.com but I don't think it would have been worth the price otherwise. There was no great selection of food. The kitchen was also a shared space which consisted of one table and six chairs for our floor. I found it awkward and uncomfortable. The price wasn't bad but there are nicer hotels around the city for around the same money. So I wouldn't say it was exceptional value for money.

The location for this stay was perfect. Right in the heart of Belfast and directly across from the stunning St. Anne's Cathedral. The room was bigger than expected and nicely decorated. The bathroom was slightly on the small side but fit a short stay. The staff were all lovely.

I was on 3rd floor at the back. When you open the window, there was a very loud extractor fan outside.

Great location, clean and comfortable rooms, has everything you need. You can ring reception to get additional/different pillows if you need.

The listing noted free parking but the hotel doesn’t have its own parking lot - You need to pay to park elsewhere. The parking lot they directed me to was reasonably priced (£7 for 24 hours) and a short walk away though.

It’s great value for money. It wasn’t extremely fancy but did everything well, especially for the price. It was similarly priced when compared to Travelodge and was infinitely better than those would have been. It was also in a great location, easy walking distance to restaurants and pubs.

The room could have been slightly larger and the bed was only really accessible from one side but quite adequate.

Location and helpfulness of staff was good. The idea of breakfast in a kitchen on each floor was interesting and worked well.
