Very creaky floorboards (room 9)

The room was clean, nice modern little shower room, although maybe a little too compact, especially the sink. Comfortable bed & pillows.

The room was nice and spotless. Very comfy bed. Fantastic bathroom, very clean and modern. The staff were very friendly. Continental breakfast was really well stocked with lots of variety. The evening meal was fantastic, and reasonably priced.

Town centre (which is a short walk away) didn't feel totally safe in the evening

Stayed for one night whilst on a cycling tour. Location was great and there was safe storage for our bikes. Our room was spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. Had a very nice evening meal there, and the continental breakfast had plenty of choice.

room 8 attic bedroom shower very small and toilet seat loose insufficient drawer and hanging space in room 7 room 21 needs more drawer space , a handle on bath and a non slip mat in shower and bath needed for older people like us. bathroom beautiful but dangerous. external noise from air conditioning unit or generator from 05.00 to 07.00 hrs very annoying continental breakfast choice good but a cooked breakfast would have been better

The bedroom was on the upper floor, single room, not as plush as the doubles on the ground floor. They could do with an update to the same specification as the ground floor rooms, but I have stayed in a lot worse over the years. The room had TV, Shower loo and wash facilities. The Quayside Hotel was one of the surprises this year the staff were so courteous and helpful, the room was decorated to a high standard. Breakfast was a choice of a cooked breakfast or the buffet which offered more than enough choice.

Went to use hair dryer but no plug near mirror so couldn't see to dry hair properly, also hairdryer kept cutting out. No table to put kettle on if making tea/coffee , was in bottom.of wardrobe space and would have needed to plug kettle in by bed and make drinks on small bedside unit so not ideal but room not big enough for table or another unit.

Clean and smart looking hotel, friendly polite staff. Nice continental breakfast selection and option to purchase cooked breakfast.

The continental breakfast was very good. The staff were very friendly and we had the benefit of free off street parking.

A little bit pricey for what it was. The going rate in Boston is @£60 per night. We paid £93.50 and didn't get a cooked breakfast included. Felt really intimidated at night. Locals were warning us to use taxis due to the high crime rate, including murders.

Very clean hotel. Friendly staff who couldn't do enough for you. Free parking is always a bonus. Continental breakfast unless you wanted to pay extra for a cooked breakfast. Plenty of choice for the continental. Situated a few minutes walk outside the town centre, which we were glad of when we learnt from the locals that Boston has a high murder rate per capita.

Breakfast was excellent. I had a a very welcome upgrade after a long journey. The room (like many hotels) was a bit too warm over night. The bathroom had a faint smell, but was otherwise excellent. Staff were charming and helpful.

The hotel and room were all as if brand new. Well decorated and extremely clean - sparkling. Opted for the Full English breakfast which was excellent quality and superb value for money. Staff very friendly and helpful.
