Stairs are uncomfortable for families with buggies

Doesn’t have lifts. We have larges suitcases and i didnt realize we were booked at the 3rd floor.

I left my airpod and the staff was really responsive to my messages and they sent me back my airpod

No lift, had to lug luggage up 2 floors so pack light! 10 am checkout Plastic shampoo sachets, rather than bottle dispensers No drawers or shelves to hang clothes One of the chairs was broken, luckily it just fell when moved so no one got hurt

Location was great for access to the bus , train station and on foot to access all areas of Edinburgh as well as for trams. Spacious even when the sofa bed was in use. Wish we had got one of the rooms with a view over the park on the side of the road rather than of roofs at the back of the building! Had a fab meal at Surya fusion restaurant. There are a lot of breakfast places within a couple of seconds walk

Makes a lot of noise if you are staying in the underground floor you can hear people moving upstairs all the time

Lack of view.No real natural light.The description of a courtyard view is very misleading.

Great location.The apartment was nicely decorated,with a good kitchen and bathroom and a nice comfortable bed. The apartment was made available to us 3hrs earlier than expected which was a real bonus.

Location excellent, room was also ideal for a short stay. Clean and modern with a large TV. Shower was great too.

The bathroom was very cozy. I did not get arrangement of having bath tube. It's so difficult to take bath without spilling water outside. The owner shall replace it with shower cabin.

The location was amazing, key instructions was near perfect. The toiletries were enough for 5 persons, welcome gift (box of cookies) was pleasant surprise.

Room information on booking.com did not matchup to the actual room. The flat was presented as a 1 bedroom, however it was more of a studio without a separate standalone bedroom.

Room needs coat hooks. No where to hang coats to dry.

Staff was able to accomodate an early check in for us. Room was large and comfortable. Coffee and tea were provided in addition to a gift box of cookies. Bathroom was also large and clean. Washing machine and detergent were helpful.

The ceiling was a bit low and the view from the window was a bit depressing.

There's a washing machine in the property, and the room was quiet.

Central location, easy check in and check out, clean and beautiful bathroom. Beautiful and private room. The owner also very accommodating. They let us check in earlier and there's a luggage storage after check out

Tho’ the property is good .. the only thing that i was not happy about is that, i was not told that the room that is given us twas right at the top /third floor with no lifts at all.. not so good for those who have health problem… as i myself has of a heart condition..:( going for that flight of stairs did not do good to me…

Excellent location. The apartment was very clean and had all we needed for our stay. The lady was very helpful and let us check in early. The welcome box of biscuits was really appreciated, as was the tea and coffee provided

Very bad/ dark lighting, there was lots of lamps but they all seemed very dingy , hard if your a girl who wants to do her make up and maybes abit to many messages about rules and regulations almost put me off thinking the host was gunna do anything to charge you for things but after staying I realise this isn’t the case.

Looks exactly like photos, lovely bathroom and great location biscuits where a lovely touch and the host was very accommodating and even let us know the room was ready earlier for us.

It would have been nice to have salt, pepper and some oil to cook a bit more. Also the user of only door codes makes the place a bit vulnerable to thieves.

Great Place. Very clean and gas all the basics. The shower s good, the bathroom is nice. Well located, a walking distance from the centre.
