Double bed room smelt like cat pee, unsure why. Damp?? Double room bed mattress was too big for divan? Felt like we were falling when on the edge, as a result felt unsafe for more than one person to sleep here. Can not live here more than few days - whilst it has most amenities to satisfy a small trip and ticks boxes like 2 bedroom etc, floor space and storage is seriously lacking to make it liveable for long. Bathroom shower water goes everywhere. Tiny sink on top of toilet seat may be awkward for some. Ended up using kitchen sink a lot as was easier. Bathroom door is a sliding wooden door - privacy?

Not really a basement flat - more ground floor shop with glass front converted to 2 bedroom flat with glazed front window. (Bedrooms do not have windows) Good location with street parking outside Good for short stay - included dining area, sofa tv area, kitchen corner, 2 rooms, toilet Impressive sun lamp in double room Bubble tea place walking distance, multiple grocery stores / McDonald’s nearby

The main bedroom, albeit had a dehumidifier in the room, smelt of damp. Come morning, there were also ants crawling on the worktop and sofa.

    Clean, had everything we needed.

Wasn't very clean, mugs were covered in white paint and the worktops and cooker top were greasy and dirty so we didn't cook at all while there. There was a damp smell in the bathroom and ants crawling about. The TV is way too high on the wall so you get neck cramp and no cushions or throws to make it a little more comfortable. Small things would go a long way with this place, a good deep clean, a clock and fan being as there's no windows to create a draft, it was quite stuffy in this heat. The utensils and kitchen need a deep clean as everything was grubby, stained and greasy. Need a mop there and small ironing board.

Location wise it was good for exploring from. The layout itself was well thought out for a small space. Beds were comfortable enough. Decor wise was fine.

Parking. It was ok, as was a bank holiday weekend. But this can't really be helped.

The location for why we were here was perfect. The apartment was spotless and had what we needed.

Windows with dark blinds would have helped keep bedrooms dark in the morning. Bathroom sink position above the toilet was awkward.

Bunk beds great for kids The apartment was compact and easy to use. Modern and clean Location good for the surrounding area Nice to have the parking outside / nearby Restaurants and shops were convenient.

It was a shame about the surrounding area which was very run down and noisy at night. Although that can’t be helped and that could have been avoided if we had done better research into the area.

Great property, very clean and comfortable.

I didn’t appreciate that nothing was cleaned e.d bed sheets wasn’t changed saw multiple hairs, all the bins had rubbish in there and kitchen surfaces wasn’t cleaned. Standard cleanliness wasn’t met.

Location was great - on a high street and Asda was around the corner. Parking good too outside the property. Property was great size for a small family like two adults and two kids. I liked that the had kitchen most of equipment and everything you need. Loved the underneath floor heating 😁

This Flat has underfloor heating and our experience was very bad. we had no heating at all in the spare/Kids bedroom but the other rooms were overly hot. Adjusting the temperature means it will cool out very quickly. Solid Tile Floor without heating is like a ice slog. As we had a visit in cold/rainy season underfloor heating means cloths will not get dry even jackets. Bathroom was right behind the kitchen which was very uncomfortable to cook or bath and not practicle at all with kids. Hand washing basin is behind the Toilet so if you are having a toothbrush you are standing at least half a meter away from the tap. The bathroom also has stair wall which I have hit every single time when I have entered the bathroom. Shower without any curtain mean you have water all over the place. Photographs makes you think that place is massive, actually it is a same size of a double room motor home. There is no Washing Machine to be honest it is not either advertised.

The Place was compact, clean and decent size for the price I have paid. Bed were made up and they were comfy. spare towels the location of the property as it is right down in the town center.

The bedding was rather uncomfortable. We are aware that this cannot be helped but the upstairs neighbours were very noisy. Lots of banging on the walls and running up and down the stairs.

The apartment was a lot bigger than expected. Very clean and the facilities are great

mattress and pillows needs to improve as it was not comfortable . pillows were the cheap ones , and the mattress were way to soft . the sink in the bathroom was on top of the toilet which was awkward , but understandable as it was space saving .

location , apartment was clean and tidy , I got really good deal . Wi-Fi was excellent , with Netflix and Amazon prime . Ideal for a small family , a couple and 2 kids , not for 4 grown ups . we were 3 so wasn’t that bad. would be good if the host would leave vegetable oil, salt pepper .. there was milk , tea and coffee was a good help. kitchen was well equipped with lots of plates and cutlery and cooking utensil , we only used the frying pans and plates and cutlery . overall very clean wouldn’t mind staying again.

A couple of times when we came back in the evening there was a damp smell maybe needs some sort of extra ventilation rather than having to leave the windows open. Shower not really enclosed so the water sprayed everywhere.

Good location was able to park outside the property and very quiet also local amenities close by.

The short shower curtain failed to contain water from spilling onto the floor despite careful use of the shower. The extractor fan is dirty. These issues has been previously raised, but not actioned by the property owner. The internet was non-existent until 2 days before checkout. The outer door is snagging which makes a loud noise when closing.

Easy to clean property. Very comfy beds. Location is central and very near shops and restaurants.

Marks and dirt on the walls. The bathroom is full of black mold and the mirror rusty. They saying that there is underfloor heat but was always cold and it looks the screens on the wall they are just for cover the holes on the wall. There was a small size dehumidifier to take off the moisture but you can see the moisture on the floor. Noway to dry your clothes or the towel after taking a shower. There is no curtain in the bathroom and the floor is always wet and there is no mop to dry it after the shower. The bed has a very bad quality sponge mattress and makes it the most uncomfortable bed for sleep. The property looks like and previous shop converted in an apartment and it says that is sound proof but you can hear the cars and the people from the street or the neighbours from up stairs. If you want to cook it is better to get your own kitchenware because the existing are not in the best shape to use them.

    Close to my workplace.
