Just hot breakfast - would have liked a tomato, but quality excellent

Location perfect for Albert Hall and Kensington/Hyde Parks Good tube stations nearby Breakfast great - good choice although hot choices a bit limited - tomato would have been welcomed! But cooked well and staff fantastic. Room was large as was bathroom

Our room was on the small side, but there may have been an option for a larger room at booking, but I don't remember as I booked quite some time ago. Lovely room, very clean and had everything we needed.

Great location close to where we needed to be. The staff were very courteous and helpful whilst the room and hotel itself is beautifully styled, tastefully decorated, very comfortable and very clean.

Location was excellent. Lovely and clean hotel. Good decor. Very friendly and kind staff. Lovely comfy bed and pillows. Slept well which is unusual. Room was at the open at the back of the hotel and it was very quiet. Breakfast was lovely.

Room at the top of the stairs was a killer, but worked our glutes. There is a lift available but little bit scared of lifts

The property was lovely, close to the Royal Albert Hall, had a lovely stroll there before the concert. The staff were friendly and welcoming

The only very small thing I can mention is about the breakfast, the food is fantastic but the way in which you order it on arrival for breakfast, the waiter seemed to want an answer straight away and mention a English breakfast but it’s not something you can process quickly enough I ended up only getting toast to start with as I don’t like egg they seemed to miss the rest of the breakfast although When my wife’s breakfast came out it was apparent that I did only have toast, when I mentioned to the waiter tho it was only a few minutes before I had it brought out so all goo in the end.

A little Gem ! Just Fantastic, staff incredibly friendly and kind very pleased.

We loved everything about the property, the room was spacious, clean and absolutely quiet as a mouse. The staff were so kind and friendly from start to finish, we arrived around half 12pm and our room was good to go so they let us check in early 😊 We are definitely looking to return for another weekend away so will be looking at booking here! Thank you to everyone at the hotel that made our stay such a breeze and welcoming 😁

Breakfast could be improved - great range of items on offer but bowls were not replenished when empty and service was very slow - don’t recommend the cooked breakfast - what a shame

The location of the hotel and surrounding neighborhood are fantastic. It was very easy to find the hotel, and we delighted in the closeness to Kensington Gardens -- wandered all around there while waiting for our room (we arrived at noon). Very comfortable lobby, nice breakfast, helpful and friendly staff. The elevators are a bit slow, but we generally walked up the four floors -- room was very pleasant, big tall windows and bright views, nice bathroom, good amenities, not a big room, but bed is comfortable, linens are lovely, very clean!

Nothing hotel could really do but was raining heavily and room 105 has a down pipe from ?roof going into drain by window. I sleep lightly so-the noise kept me awake a lot of the night. Maybe get pipe directly down into drain!

Breakfast room is a little 'cosy'. Cooked breakfast is a little limited, only 1 slice of toast per person, but I'm sure you could perhaps ask for more.

Spacious room with a comfortable bed. Large walk-in shower. Spotlessly clean everywhere and has a real attention to detail. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.
