Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I booked this apartment for family who came to visit. This apartment is right in the centre of town in Piccadilly and was very easy to find from the train station (just 5 minutes walk) The apartment is clean and roomy and the beds comfortable with nice pillows. The windows are huge and allow lots of natural light during the daytime and my parents liked that the apartment backs onto a quiet street away from the traffic. Simple but comfy furniture and lots of pans to cook with. The man who checked us in was very helpful and has good knowledge of the city. I will definitely use this accommodation for family and friends again.

Breakfast not applicable. But the location is excellent everything is at arm’s length. Loads of cafes, eateries and bars. All within a walking a walking distance. Cafes on the the ground floor was a bonus.

It is regrettable to report that the kitchen facilities are plagued by a severe cockroach infestation, a most unsanitary condition for an area designated for dining. Additionally, upon inspection of the sleeping accommodations, it became evident that bed bugs were present. As a result, we chose to promptly depart from the premises and opt for alternative accommodations in our vehicle, as we were unwilling to risk the contamination of our personal belongings. Our overall experience can only be described as exceedingly distressing. It is pertinent to note that we possess video evidence documenting the mentioned issues, and yet, the management has displayed reluctance in providing a full refund. It is my sincere recommendation that prospective visitors refrain from staying at this establishment.

United Kingdom5 guests staying and we were told there was 3 sofa beds so each person was under the impression they would have their own bed which is why we chose to book, the cupboard with the bedding was locked and so we only had enough bedding for 1 additional bed. all windows were left wide open, we missed one before leaving and so the rooms were freezing when we returned, the fridge looks like it’s been in a fight, the main door to the street didn’t lock…the block reaked of blocked drain, the bottom of the beds looked like they were all water damaged. was fine for one night given the circumstances but if I’d have booked this for anything else I would have been mortified

United KingdomEveryone ignored my messages after stay. There was no toaster in the kitchen, staff member promised us to get bed accessories (I'll send you someone later) and gone. But later complained for bed tampering, obviously expecting that at least two guys can sleep in one bed. Broken window, bad shower hose, no table. Parking cost £15 for night however other apartments in same building have it included in apartment stay price.
