Comfortable in a lovely location quite and near the beach

Overall we were very happy with the house but if pushed a bigger TV in the lounge would have been nice. I have hired a lot of properties over the years and it is not uncommon for the hosts to leave a little welcome basket on arrival. It is most welcome on arrival to have milk and biscuits for a cup of tea, or even a glass of wine if you arrive late.

The property was clean, tidy and was perfect for our needs. It is only a couple of minutes walk into town or the beach, yet the house is in a very quite road. The parking space was also very handy.

The only negative I would say is that the beds are too soft for us, as we like hard mattresses and the beds are small but then we have king and super king beds at home.

The house is in a great location. Unfortunately, there is only parking for 1 car, but there is a side road and a public car park if needed. The house has everything you need and the communication with the host has been great.

The parking space is tight if you have a larger car. Luckily no one else was staying nearby otherwise parking in the bay and getting out would be tricky.

The location is very close to everything but not on a busy road. A large property with really nicely thought out rooms. Very clean and beds all comfy.

Spacious clean house, facilities were good, homely feel throughout, convenient location short walk to seaside and shops. Netflix was a bonus. Great communication with Sez.

There is no bedroom and bath facilities on the ground floor so if you are travelling with a senior family member you need to be aware of it.

Quiet Townhouse by the sea at Broadstairs is an excellent getaway. The rooms are big and convenient , it has good basic facilities . Location is right walking distance from the beach. It is very clean and well kept. Kitchen facilities are very good and working. The host is responsive to your questions.

The televisions could have been a bit bigger (I’m used to having a large TV) but they were fine.

The house was extremely spacious, especially as I was on my own. Comfortable sofa which would probably seat 8! Everything was present and you could just walk in with your supplies and make yourself at home. All in all, a very pleasant stay in a lovely spacious property.

No real view of the sea but location made up for it.

Excellent location, very centrally positioned with easy access to the sea. Parking space a huge bonus. Lovely walks towards Margate and to Ramsgate. Only stayed for three nights, two days of rain and one sunny day in Ramsgate looking around the harbour.

cant think of anything we were more than happy and comfortable

perfect location just off the High street and the Parade is 5 mins walk tops. great to have parking as it can be expensive or a nightmare in Broadstairs. The house is just lovely. very quiet area. Kitchen is well appointed, not that we did more than breakfast, lovely lounge with a HUGE sofa for three of us to sprawl on, and three very nice bedrooms with comfy beds. two good bathrooms, and a loo/sink on the ground floor too. Shame we couldn't make use of the garden, I'm sure it would be lovely on a summers night. Would definitely recommend, and we may well return as we all love Broadstairs for its great restaurants/bars and fab walks along the coast.

Outside light front door...either not working or couldn't find the switch.

My sisters Kate and Ginnie and myself had a wonderful few days looking out old haunts, revisiting favourite places, and trying out one of the new to us restaurants. Our visit was greatly enhanced by the space and facilities at 8 Harbour Mews, we were so comfortable. Only thing we didn’t find was the front outside light switch. We aren’t likely to come again as my sisters are going back to the States next weekend, otherwise we definitely would. We have recommended you to some friends and relations in England. There some great facilities, galleries, tours to do and see there, plus Morellis. Like the song says, “Who could ask for anything more?”

Parking for a second car is in a public car park at £13.80 a day!

We’ve stayed here before. It’s very central for shops, pubs and the sea. Always clean. Everything is there to make it home from home.

This property had parking for 1 car and was in a perfect location for walking around Broadstairs, we even had a lovely walk to Ramsgate & got a bus back. Although the property is in town it was very quiet. The property was equipped with everything we needed to make our stay home from home.

There were some issues around locks on doors and the dishwasher but the hosts were very helpful and sorted what they could .

The bed in the master bedroom needs a new mattress.

Loved the location, it is literally in the centre of the town with restaurants, shops and the beach within a 1-2 minute stroll. The house was spotlessly clean throughout. The shower in the main bedroom ensuite was incredibly powerful. Its a really spacious house with a lovely large lounge, dining room, well equipped kitchen and nice bedrooms
