I think overall every thing is there what you need and more in the Entire loft space. would have like a cooker or small grill. but we knew that when we booked

good choice of breakfast provided, milk provided and bread there on your arrival, nice little touch. two / three pubs within couple of miles, lovely fish chip shop, take away. coop post office. all good

A very comfortable studio provided with tremendous thoughtfulness and attention to detail. Everything was provided that could be reasonably expected in this lovely relaxing space. The owners' presence on site was completely unobtrusive but the care and attention spoke volumes.

Everything was perfect.

We had such a lovely stay at the loft. Absolutely everything was perfect about the place. It was clean and tidy, extremely comfortable and had all the little touches that gave it a homely feel. The host was very informative and helpful and went above and beyond with breakfast extras. We would highly recommend this place to stay.

Nowhere to eat locally, but there are options for takeaway deliveries. Just 1 pub in walking distance but no food served.

Lovely space very clean, had everything we needed even some breakfast essentials. In a beautiful rural area if walking is your thing. Any questions we're answered straight away, making you feel looked after.

They had forgotten to put forks and knives back in the cutlery drawer.

Host sent me clear directions and instructions to get only the property. Facilities were excellent, everything you need. I messaged the host earlier in the day to ask if there was an iron, and they ensured the ironing board was delivered that day. Cereal available, delivered a loaf of bread and fresh Milk and had butter and Jams in the fridge. Toothpaste and women’s sanitary products available. Netflix available on the television: good wifi. Very comfortable bed. Lovely quiet location. Spotlessly clean. A very enjoyable two days whilst attending g the Lincs show. Nice little local pub 5 min walk away also: will be booking again for next year: loved it!

A little restrictive in places for a tall person due to roofline but no real issue.

Beautifully presented loft over garage separate from owner's home. Quality furnishings with everything I needed for a short stay. Good location for Lincoln. I used Park&ride from Waitrose car park 10 mins away. Easy access with key in lockbox.

Confined space (low headroom) but the apartment was tastefully furnished/designed.

The breakfast was a bonus and very much appreciated. Ideal location for what we wanted.
